Eddie was my engineer, fitted Several Windows for me. He was Very polite and friendly. Excellent communication and customer service.explained exactly what he would be doing. Helpful and knowledgeable knows his job in and out. He did a fantastic job!. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Eddie.

Jay was friendly, informative and professional throughout and the work was carried out there and then with a great result at a reasonable price. Very happy and would definitely recommend this company to fix any window problems.

Our house is 25 years old and windows at the back had become draughty. We had attempted to replace a gasket ourselves to resolve the issue, but with little success. Carl at The Window Doctor diagnosed the issue was with the window hinges, which needed replacing. Diagnosis and quote were free and the work was carried out within a week (would have been two weeks, but they had a cancellation). Our windows are now draught free. Communication throughout was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. Overall, would definitely recommend and, if necessary, would have no hesitation in using The Window Doctor again.

Kept me informed of the due visit, which was very prompt. Installer Jay was excellent and very customer-focused; the area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommendable, would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Alex initially visited to listen to what was needed and gave good advice - no pressured selling - quite refreshing - smart appearance, mindful of the property at all times with overshoes and asking, not assuming. Fast follow-up to appointment where Carl fitted one pane of patterned glass and then adjusted draughty window - all done with professionalism, tidiness, and experience. Again, Carl asked, didn't assume and was of smart appearance, and it was again refreshing to hear how much he is committed to the Company. Invoicing via Xero, easy to use and instantly knows when paid. Concise information on the Invoice regarding what has been done and regarding the Guarantee. This was excellent value for money. Would recommend and will definitely use again if needed, down to the whole experience of Customer Service.

Service was perfect from start to finish. Phone calls were clear, polite and efficient and timings for work were adhered to -with extra text messages used to say the fitter was on his way. Carl the fitter was very polite and pleasant and he brought a mat and overshoes to ensure he didn’t leave a mess, the work area was kept clean and the pane changed quickly and with no fuss. The new glass fitted, with vat total cost £114.

A lot of windows in the house were drafty and so when I saw one of the vans I made a call to see what they could do. Right from the first call to book an appointment for an engineer visit till the job was completed, it was amazing how throughly professional the whole team was. As I was having all the hinges on 24 windows changed, they had originally booked two engineers to do the job but on the day four arrived. Carl, Jay, Allen & Diana were very professional and ensured that no damage or carpets were soiled. A lock on one window was not functioning but they never raised it and changed it at no extra cost. In today’s time no one does that. Thank you Carl, Jay, Allen and Diana.

I’m always cautious, even when reading positive reviews. But in this instance I was pleasantly surprised. I used the on line service for the Window Doctor in Leicester. The service from beginning to end was seemless. The appointment arranged, Carl, the service engineer, notified me in advance that he was on the way. On time and extremely polite. I had a number of areas of concern, windows blown, doors that wouldn’t lock in cold weather and seals that needed replacing. Carl was very good and allayed some unnecessary concerns. Depriving himself from some additional business. That’s always a positive with me. We agreed a price, and as promised two weeks later Carl was back completing all aspects of the service. Again on time. There were some challenges, especially with the doors, it was apparent, right from the start, he wasn’t leaving until he’d sorted the doors to his satisfaction. It’s okay, was not good enough in his mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again.
