We chose ThirdEye as we noticed they were a popular choice in the area. The manager, Oliver, was excellent to communicate with and had great knowledge on the security products and where to position the kit. Alex installed the alarm system with no fuss and was respectful to our home. We were able to arrange another date for the team to return to finalise the installation while we finished painting our front door. Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend.

Once again Third Eye Engineers undertook their work in a very professional manner and more importantly less disruption to our household, and again where they were working removed any rubbish created. I have no hesitation in recommending Third Eye as a company

At the beginning of the year we decided to upgrade our old Third Eye alarm system and spoke to Ollie and Mark about what system to go for. We decided to opt for a new Pyronix wireless system together with Pyronix battery cameras. The install was carried out in January and was completed within one day. When finished we were given a thorough walk through on how everything worked, and when Ollie left we felt very comfortable about using it. I couldn't recommend Third Eye highly enough and was very impressed with everyone I spoke to during the process. They couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable ...... I was very impressed.

This company is great I found them extremely professional, knowledgeable and prompt. They sent an engineer out to us to service our alarm and he was able to service and resolve any issue with great care. We have used Third Eye for our alarm system for many years. They are always efficient and polite when they come to check the alarm. If we ever have an issue they are responsive and have usually been able to solve the issue immediately over the phone.

We were unsure what we wanted. Oliver gave us sound advice and Alex put the system in. Everything was professionally executed. We got training on how to set the system in house and via the app.

I did a lot of research before deciding to transfer our security management to Third Eye Installation Systems, having received poor service from a previous provider. From the outset Third Eye Installation Systems have been fair, transparent and reliable. The engineers who have visited have all been employed by the company (as opposed to sub-contractors) and have been knowledgeable and efficient.

Speedy and responsive service, didn't try to oversell package that was very competitive. Installer polite, respectful, informative and helpful. Aftersales service similarly helpful, same day response to queries.

The alarm system for a ground floor flat consisted of room motion sensors and window/door vibration sensors. We were advised to go for a wired system as the flat was being completely renovated. We were assured that the Pyronix motion sensors were 'pet friendly' so would not be set off by a cat moving around. However this is not correct and even after installing scan limiters and reducing the sensitivity of the IR motion sensors, the cat still sets them off when it jumps onto a window ledge or a table. We now have to rely on only the vibration sensors for the alarm. The wired motion sensors have very bright led lights which flash all the time. Third Eye did come back to disable the flashing. On the whole Third Eye were quite responsive and came back a few of times to set up wifi which was not available at the time of installation, to disable flashing of sensors, and to try and make the sensors more pet friendly. Overall we have wasted quite a lot of money on wiring and installing motion sensors which cannot be used. I think the Pyronix alarm system is good but be wary of motion sensors if you have pets. My recommendation is borderline as I think we should have been warned that motion sensors probably will not be suitable.

I have a disabled Mum hence needed complete home security. Basically to keep an eye on her to make sure she is safe. I like family business bbecause they show more care and attention and this organisation is no exception. Neighbour used this organisation too and told me about their positive experience.

Had our alarm installed by this company many years ago and they maintain it for us every year. Always polite and friendly and quick response times. Highly recommended.

A very nice experienced engineer came to install my intruder alarm system. No problems he just got straight on with the job. All done all works perfect what more do you want great job money well spent. Out of 6 houses in a row 4 of us are with Third Eye I think this speaks for itself how good a company they are. They also did our cctv a few years ago not a single problem. I am just so happy with all the work they have done at my house.

Third eye are an excellent company. I have now used them to repair some external security cameras and also to take over my alarm system from another company. They charged me per hour for the repair of cameras and are very fair in their charges per hour, and did not quibble about extra few minutes spent over the hour. They took over my alarm system with a very competitive price plan and excellent service. The engineer was polite and pleasant and the company itself took all the time I needed as a layman to explain and advise on all. I would happily recommend them to everyone

We have been with Third Eye for approximately 9 years now and have always been more than happy with the service they offer. Initially they came round to survey the property, they provided advice on what else I could do to further secure my house and there was no hard sell. Professional and easy to deal with, they are quick to respond to any queries or issues. Their engineer Alex who usually comes to service the system, is particularly professional, polite, punctual and is always happy to explain any updates. Definitely recommend.

I contacted Third Eye having received a recommendation of their service. Oliver quickly attended to talk me through the options and provided me with a quote which we adjusted as I wanted a few extras. Within three days I had the uber-professional Alex round who fitted our new system. He took his time to talk us through how it works and the additional services TEIS provide. He was polite, courteous and respectful of our property and time. Having spoken to other companies and had a useless ADT alarm previously, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TEIS.

We have used Third Eye for many years and their engineers are always polite and efficient. They have also been very helpful on the few occasions we have had to phone them with an issue and have usually been able to solve the problem over the phone. On the most recent annual maintenance visit the engineer was very clear about what he was checking and which batteries needed replacing. On the admin side the office is easy to deal with and very responsive either on email or phone.

We have been with Third Eye for over 8 years, this is the 2nd Alarm system and CCTV system we have put in as we moved house and wanted the same great service and maintenance that we enjoyed in our last house. The team is always responsive, any issues they call you back asap and come out to sort things out. The out of hours service is great, there is always an engineer on call who can usually sort out issues over the phone. Very happy with our installation and maintenance.
