It is now more than 9 years since we moved to Whetstone office/showroom. We welcome customers to call in and meet our helpful and experienced staff to view our alarm and CCTV systems. As an NSI NACOSS Gold accredited, insurance approved company, Third Eye Installation Systems can install, repair, upgrade and maintain security systems for your home and business. We install wireless and hardwired, Grade 2 and Grade 3 systems and our maintenance and consumable costs are highly competitive. The alarm can be controlled by an App or you can be monitored 24/7, with or without Police response. We are highly experienced in Alarms, CCTV, access control, door entry and video/phone entry systems – no need to open your front door to strangers! We offer FREE survey of your property to give a tailor made written quotation. We have all relevant insurances in place and our Engineers are fully trained and security vetted. Glad to hear it! Our Engineers change all required batteries on a regular basis, following manufacturers recommendations, which means some are changed every year and others every 2 years. Our Engineers attend regular training sessions to keep up to date with the latest technological advances but also to give good customer service.

I am an existing customer of Third Eye, as they installed a new alarm at my house a few years ago, which I am very happy with. I recently decided to ask them to install a HikVision four camera system to increase my home security. The quote was reasonable for a high quality product. The installation was carried out in one day by two friendly engineers. I am very happy with the installation and how the work was carried out by them. I have no hesitation in recommending Third Eye Installation Systems Ltd.

I recently had the pleasure of using Third Eye Installation Systems Ltd and I could not fault their customer care and service. They were quick in coming to my property for a home visit and recommending the best possible alarm system to cater my needs and budget. We got several quotes and did our research but nobody, and I mean nobody, would explain any logistics involved for a block of flats. It was sell sell sell -book book book buy buy buy now with no explanation. Rob was extremely patient with explaining the system over the phone and answered umpteen questions, and that was before the site survey. He was patient again during the site survey and answered all our concerns (there's been a spate of crime in the area and we had specific questions). The contractor who fitted the camera, box and monitor was lovely and again, very patient with a difficult neighbour giving him a hard time. And security camera is great! Such peace of mind. It's a brilliant system and they are very keen to answer questions and help.

This is a very professional company, trustworthy and delivery excellent workmanship. I had 8 cameras and a new NVR installed, and all of them working perfectly well. They installed Hikvision equipment, which is more expensive but the highest quality you can get. Others may quote less, but their products are far less expensive and not poorer quality. I’d strongly recommend Third Eye.

Hi there - many thanks for your review. Also note that we give 12 month guarantee parts and labour - so if anything goes wrong we revisit site to resolve the issue - FREE! We also have an Engineer on Standby 24/7 to assist for any emergencies or call the office to get assistance or a visit. We are very happy to hear you are pleased with the quality of the system, which as you rightly say, is not the cheapest on the market but the quality is of the highest - glad you are impressed!

We were recommended Third Eye Installations by a friend and they were excellent from start to finish. Very friendly initial consultation which clearly explained the options available and how they worked. No high pressure sell. Very promptly after the consultation, the quote arrived which was detailed but easy to understand. And when we confirmed that we wanted to proceed, we were booked in quickly. The installation team were friendly, professional and again very helpful in explaining how the alarm works. The quoted price was the price paid - no hidden extras. Highly recommended

The engineer arrived on time with all parts to be installed. He was very knowledgeable on the system to be installed and was also able to suggest improvements for a later day. We asked for additional components which he had and was also able to install. He cleaned each area as he worked and was very tidy, as well as considerate. I would recommend Third Eye to anyone who was after a security system.

Third Eye fitted a new wired alarm control panel and keypad to my existing system. They were at all times efficient in communicating, kept me informed when the engineer got stuck in traffic, set out their costs and my options in a straightforward way. The engineer was friendly, helpful and highly professional. I did have one teething problem with a wiring mix-up, but the emergency response at the office was great, fixing the immediate issue and then arranging a very rapid second visit to sort it out. As I will be on a maintenance contract, this is just the start of a relationship, but having left my last security contractor after 20 years, I feel for now that I have made a good decision to go with Third Eye. Note that they don't do credit card payments and terms for settlement are short.
