Thomas roofing fitted a pretty large roof light to our single storey low pitched rubber roof. We were really happy with their service throughout and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We have spoken to quite a few companies about this job over the last 6 months and hadn't been able to find anyone we felt were suitable for the job. From the moment we contacted Thomas roofing they came out to give a quote quickly and when promised, provided quotes for a very reasonable price quickly and as promised, answered any follow-up questions quickly, and then most importantly did the job when promised to a high standard. We are really happy with the service provided throughout and would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs roofing work carried out. They also did the interior plastering work after fitting the window, again it was completed quickly and when promised to a high standard. Overall we are very happy with the communication, efficiency, quality of the work and friendliness of the team, we would highly recommend.

We have used Thomas Roofing three times over the last 12 months or so, for storm damage repairs, general maintenance and to resolve a problem with a chimney caused by a different roofing company. From initial contact with Harriet and Mike, to completion of the work the customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and personable and most importantly the work is of a high standard and they give you a date for the work and stick to it. The prices are very fair and they've never once suggested that other work is necessary, so I've been confident that the price they quote is the figure I'll pay. I'll use them again without hesitation.

Having contacted Thomas Roofing regarding the valleys, a damaged tile and gutters that needed cleaning, we were surprised at their very quick response. Mike came out and gave us a very fair estimate within two days . Because we were at risk of a leak from the damaged tile, the work was all completed within two weeks. Everyone involved was polite and helpful at all times including Harriet in the office. We are happy to recommend this company.

This is the second time we've used Thomas Roofing and each time we've been really happy with every aspect of dealing with them. We've had repair work done to our roof earlier this year and had to call on them again at short notice when a different problem cropped up with our guttering which had been leaking and damaging the render on the house. Mike came out the same day (within half an hour) and Harriet arranged for the repairs to be done the following day. On both occasions the work was done to a high standard and we were very happy with the price. We were kept up to date throughout and the lads who did the work on each occasion were nice and friendly and tidied up afterwards. We wouldn't use anyone else.

We needed the cladding replaced on our dormers following a leak in recent bad rain/wind. We had used the company before to replace the roof on our garage & had been very happy with the work. Came round quickly to assess work needed & tried an initial fix which didn't work. Revisited & advised full replacement required & gave a reasonable quote for the work needed. Had some initial problems with the first people sent to do the work, showing up late, leaving early etc. but when they were made aware of this the company immediately sent round their lead roofer & team & the work was then completed in a timely manner.

This was repair to our house roof which had developed a small leak. As the invoice says, the work done was: "Roof Repairs 1. Strip back and remove tiles, felt and battens from bottom L/H/S corner of roof. 2. Supply and fit 1 x new Eave tray. 3. Supply and fit new Cromar breathable felt and 2x1 tanalised battens. 4. Re-fit tiles – replacing like for like where necessary. 5. Remove and dispose of any waste created." We had used Thomas Roofers before, for a separate and larger job in 2022, and we had been fully satisfied then. That's why we phoned them first when we spotted a damp patch in our roof space. One of the team visited the following day, with ladders, and went up to diagnose the problem and give us a work plan, with a written estimate. We agreed, and then the team arrived on the appointed day, promptly at the arranged time. They worked promptly, tidily and cheerfully, and finished the same day, as planned. The repair was neat - invisible! - and we've had no problems since. (Now three months, including some heavy rain storms.) We will be fully happy to use this local company again for any roofing work.
