Installation of Viessmann 150A heat pump and 200L Joule Platinum hot water cylinder. Our experience with Tom Smith, and his team, was nothing short of exceptional. Having checked out the property, Tom took the time to fully understand our personal requirements and to clearly explain the features and benefits of the two ASHP systems which he felt would be most appropriate for our living style. Tom set out time lines for everything from initial quotes, contracts and payment schedules and, more importantly, he adhered to all of these even though the installation was somewhat challenging due to the limited space in which to work. The attention to detail was meticulous and we were at ease throughout due to Tom's calm and methodical approach. Probably the most important aspect was the clear communication, both orally and in writing, throughout the entire process. Furthermore, we have experienced excellent post installation service to fully commission the system. As such. we would have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team. He is a true professional who sets high standards and is a strong project manager.

New boiler fitted without any problems

Tom installed a new Heat Pump at my property, replacing an old boiler which had failed. He was unfailingly helpful throughout the installation, answering any and all questions we had, kept us up to speed with when access was required and what work needed to be done. He and his team were neat, tidy and punctual. They ensured everything was kept that way for the duration of the works. He scheduled a follow up visit with us to iron out any idiosyncracies with the system and has kept in regular contact to ensure it's all working as it should be. I highly recommend Tom.
