Complete bathroom refurbishment. The old bathroom, fitments and tiling was removed. The floorboards and all old plumbing was replaced. Everything that we had asked for and which Dan designed for us was undertaken as planned. We were grateful for the guidance by Steve whose experience meant all our concerns regarding materials and what would work were addressed. Louisa kept us updated regarding who to expect and when. The main work was carried out by Paul and it is excellent, his attention to detail is outstanding, the tiling was thoroughly thought out so that it is even and very nice to look at. Everybody who came to our home, Greg who stripped out the old bathroom, Rhys who carried out the plastering, the electrician and the delivery person were courteous and respectful. We would recommend Thomas Vaughan to anyone who is thinking of updating their bathroom.

We had a complete bathroom update - back to bare walls and floor and rebuilding to a complete bathroom. We are very happy with the result.

My project was to have a new bathroom with together with converting an old toilet into a storage cupboard. I also had my hallway redecorated. The whole project was handled in an expert way. I was given an initial design (with fabulous virtual pictures by Daniel of what it would look like plus a virtual display which I could see by wearing goggles and thus walk in to my virtual bathroom), costings and a time-line of the schedule. Everything was worked out and arranged by the company's owner, Stephen Thomas who sub-contracted the building work to an excellent team of tradesmen. Their standard of work was of the highest order. They were all polite, efficient and very clean workers. I cannot recommend Thomas Vaughan highly enough. The job was perfect and this company will be my go-to company for any future work.

we had the bathroom and ensuite copleted in 2014 and were very pleased with the result their after sales service is excellent nothing is to much trouble so last year we had thomas vaughan install our new kitchen everything was completed efficiently and thomas vaughan did everything from ripping out the old kitchen to installing the new kitchen they handled everthing from start to finish even sending in a cleaner once the job was completed any issues after fitting were acted on immediately and rectified
