Craig and his team laid the carpets in a property I'm moving into. The work was undertaken by the landlord but I wanted to review Thorner Flooring Services LTD because not only did they do an outstanding job with the carpeting, they also repaired the floorboards and fixed the wooden stairs to ensure there were no risks to us in the future. The carpets really look fantastic; the twam were professional, friendly and they even helped me moving my things in (taking the heavy things upstairs for me)! A 5 star service that i wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Second time getting work done from Thorner- they’ve replaced a living room floor and changed out the floorboards for an upstairs bedroom. Everything is fast, efficient, and smart - they’re very upfront about how they recommend handling jobs, and have never steered me wrong there. This time round, they were able to handle a very difficult replacement job perfectly, switching out a mangled set of plywood with a perfectly laid out set of flooring and carpet. Great job, will be booking again next time I have anything come up for flooring.

Seamless experience - from measuring up, looking through samples, choosing the carpets and fitting and clearing the site on completion. Craig was really friendly, knowledgeable and professional, made solid suggestions but not at all "pushy". Job completed on time and on budget - we're delighted with the results.

Craig and Paul did a brilliant job of our flooring - couldn't be better. I highly recommend Thorner Flooring. After having two other companies come out and fail to give me any real confidence, meeting Craig was a big relief. From the moment he walked in, it was clear he genuinely knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain the challenges with our floors and walked me through what would need to be done. It was also great to know that they would move furniture and appliances too. Both Craig and Paul worked incredibly hard and their knowledge, skill, and attention to detail really showed. They did a proper and thorough job making sure that problematic issues were properly dealt with before laying the new flooring. They went above and beyond - fixing doors, attaching floor protector pads and caps to furniture, and even replacing an old washing machine pipe. I’m so impressed with the quality of their work and the end result - couldn’t be better! We contacted Craig to replace our existing hall and staircase carpet in a Victorian terrace property. We knew what colour we wanted and Craig provided us with numerous samples and options from which we made the choice. When it came to the fitting we were blown away by the thoroughness and attention to detail. This started with the removal of the existing carpet. I was happy for Craig to remove the existing carpet and lay the new one. He wasn't however. Having checked the floor he insisted on securing, reaffixing and replacing some of the floorboards and then skimmed other areas of the solid floor to ensure a totally flat surface. We did not ask, insist or expect any of this. When it came to the laying of the carpet and underlay Craig did all the work himself which included rehanging doors and any other minor repairs that he thought would be beneficial. The job was completed in the allotted time to the agreed cost and the area was left spotless. We are more than delighted with the finished product.
