Excellent choice of carpets and really helpful about best choice for our room. Prompt fitting once we had chosen, and carpet looks superb now it's down. Friendly service and no mess. Would definitely get Craig back to do our carpets in the future & recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent job doing.

Great service Craig came out the same day I contacted him, provided estimates promptly and fitted my carpet within a week as I was working to a tight schedule. Was happy to revisit to provide alternative options when I was unsure what to choose. All work completed to a high standard arrived as promised and all old carpet removed. Really pleased thanks.

I cannot recommend Thorner Flooring highly enough. Craig did a fantastic job replacing our living room carpet with Perspective Wide Reclaimed Chestnut Antique Planks Quick Step laminate flooring - we couldn't be happier with the result, it looks fantastic!! He goes that extra mile to make sure that everything is perfect - for instance looking at ways to re-route the Sky TV cable so that it didn't get damaged or look unsightly. He is extremely professional and his service is first class working late on a Friday to make sure the job was finished. I would definitely use Thorner Flooring Services for future jobs and would have no hesitation recommending them to friends. Thank you!

We have been using Craig for over fifteen years, and have always found him to provide the best service - his pre-sales advice is excellent and usually knows things that would work. Once starting work, his preparation is always top notch and often fixes problems with the floor that we had never noticed.
