I have used Craig for several flooring jobs over the years and no longer seek other quotes - I merely telephone him. He is professional, punctual and totally reliable and always does a very good job. He gives good advice about type of floor covering/style and colour and I can thoroughly recommend him.

We recently used Craig at Thorner Flooring. We are really happy with our fantastic floor! The whole service was excellent. We needed to arrange for them to come at the same time as a plumber and Craig sorted it all out for us saving us a lot of phone calls. The work was done quickly and efficiently and we love our new floor. Would highly recommend them.

I am extremely pleased with my new carpets, in the lounge, hallway and cupboard. Craig arrived when he said he would, soon getting down to removing old carpeting and preparing the floor for the new carpets which he not only fitted but supplied as well. Nothing for me to do but relax until the work was completed. All preparation work and laying the new carpets was carried out expediently, with little disruption and on completion the house was left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending.

We asked Craig to come and quote for a new carpet, but also to give us some honest advice about what would work in our room, and we are delighted with the new carpet! Also really impressed with the whole process – quote delivered very promptly, carpet fitted on a day to suit us, excellent workmanship, furniture all put back for us, no fuss, no mess! A professional service from start to finish, we’ll be using Thorner Flooring again.
