Job started and completed earlier than scheduled. Job done was perfect. Everything was left tidy and clean after. He has worked for us twice before.

Craig, ably assisted by Billy, did a great job laying laminate flooring in our bedrooms, but we knew he would because we'd already used him a year ago when we had the same Quick-Step flooring in our lounge and hallway. We'd have no hesitancy in having Craig back but we've run out of floors for him to do!

Over recent months Craig has completed three jobs for us - matching to an existing wood laminate floor (previously fitted by Craig) following a kitchen/dining room refurbishment, fitting a bedroom carpet and a wood laminate floor in a study. In our experience Craig has been meticulus with his advice, planning and completion of the work. The finished job has been to a very high standard and reflects his knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism. Craig has always explained how he intends to carry out the work and if there are any changes to plan he has always checked with us before he made them. Over the past 6/7 years Craig has fitted wood laminates, sheet vinyl and carpet in rooms in our home, we have every confidence recommending him to family and friends.

Excellent work. I needed to replace the vinyl in my bathroom after having a new toilet and basin. This required replacing the plywood and fitting new vinyl. I am very pleased with results. He covered the stairs so there was no mess and left the bathroom immaculate and took everything away.

Craig and Billy did an excellent, thorough job of our staircase and landings for us and we would definitely use them again. Very reasonably priced and they were flexible enough to make a slight change to the quoted job for us. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just had a new carpet put in lounge and I can’t fault these guys. Friendly, professional and great value. Would highly recommend (even though Craig prefers Union to League!)

Craig came to our house with lots of samples and gave useful advice to help us choose our flooring. Craig and Billy turned up at the agreed time to do the job, and did a lovely professional job with no mess or fuss. We are really pleased with the results and will definitely use Thorner Flooring again next time.

We have always used Craig for our carpeting needs - needed a new carpet for an extension,time was tight as just before Xmas but true to form Craig & Billy delivered - fantastic result and it looks great - really, really pleased!!
