I contacted T H T Limited after I had been let down by the people who covered and then condemned my boiler. I had already been without heating for 11 days when this wonderful company came to my rescue. After speaking with Vicki, she arranged for Tom to come and see me that day, and in very little time, he had assessed the job and given me a quote (which I accepted). I knew they were very busy, but I was given a date that I agreed to. Tom then phoned and said they could fit me in a week earlier, and I was over the moon. The job was done by Cameron, and he was an absolute pleasure to have in my home. Nothing was too much trouble, and the installation of the boiler was done professionally and to the highest standard. I wish every company had the same exceptional customer service as T H T. Tom and the team were fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone and I will continue to use them when my new boiler requires its services without a doubt. Thank you all so much for everything.

communications were good throughout. The project manager was visible and flexible, adjusting well to the various challenges which arose. The workers were extremely hardworking and always fully cleaned the work environment whenever any part of the job was completed. They seemed to have all the necessary skills.

I contacted THT do conduct various plumbing jobs (fitting 3 sets of new taps, changing toilet seat, fitting electric shower and fitting hot water cylinder). The team were always friendly and professional and conducted all the work in 1 day, they sent 2 plumbers to ensure this happened. They supplied all the materials at a good price. There was an issue with the electrics for my hot water cylinder and they sent an electrician the next day who resolved the problem, there was no increase to my charges for this service. I would reccomend and use for future work.

From beginning to End the team were fantastic. We always new who was going to be onsite and what job would be carried out that day. We had a full house renovation, ceilings removed, new bathroom, whole new gas central heating system, fireplace, tiling, plastering etc. All work was carried out to the highest standard. We needed a bathroom fitting - including units, shower, flooring and tiling. THT fitted themselves to our schedule, kept to their quotes, had various specialists that completed the work quickly and to a high standard. We were very happy.

I'm very happy with their work. They called me to see if they can arrive earlier. The technician was on time, and I was able to track his arrival. Very professional and friendly. Fixed our stopcock and left everything tidy. Also invoice was quite good, cheaper than other competitors initially offered.

In the past 3 months I have had an awkward leak investigated and repaired, new boiler, 3 new radiators and a partial bathroom refurbishment. All work carried out to high standard, tradesmen polite and professional, communication was excellent, and regular visits from Tom from planning stage to completion. Couldn’t be happier to have found this company and will definitely use again.

We got expert advice on how to convert our old bathroom to a room with a walk in shower. The room was completely stripped, re plastered and tiled with a shower tray, screen, and new basin unit. Work was completed to schedule and the end result is excellent. All the team were friendly and professional, and the firm told us when work was to start each day.

JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS. No trouble, done the next day with a smile. Followed-up by a phone call to check all was still okay.
