My old bathroom fittings and tiles were completely removed and disposed of. Plastic floor coverings were used everywhere necessary to protect my carpets. I had communication each day of the work to tell me the arrival time of each worker. Aurimas, the main worker did the plumbing, fitted all the units, made shelves etc. He was so helpful, courteous, hard working and meticulous in all he did. A tiler, electrician and painter came and they were all excellent in doing their work and friendly and courteous. Tom who owns the company visited several times to monitor the work and trouble shoot. He noticed a small blemish on the shower tray , which I couldn’t see, and he arranged for a specialist company to come and fix it within 2 days. I had communication several times with Kayleigh who couldn’t have been more helpful. I am really delighted with my new bathroom, couldn’t be happier and so glad I chose THT to do the work. The cost was as the quote.

Replacement of a very hard to access tap was completed with no drama. The scheduled arrival time was cancelled on the day as there was an emergency call that took priority. The office were very quick to let me know (by phone, email and SMS) and offered a later appointment time (for the same day). Job was completed and everything was tidied up afterwards. Second time I have used this company and no real complaints.

I had some plumbing work done in my kitchen, Debs the lovely lady at customer service was kind and patient and even though I did not know the technical terms to describe the job, she understood immediately what need to be done. The plumbers who came were very punctual, polite and did the job very quickly. The workmanship was excellent and the price was also excellent. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Communication was straight forward via email and phone to book appointment time. Complicated by co-ordinating with a bricklayer but THT made this easy. Plumber was prompt, through, tidy and polite. I was really impressed by his work.

Excellent service as ever by THT. An efficient booking process, I was kept up to date with the arrival time of the plumber, and the tab was replaced quickly and at a good price. THT will always be my first choice for my plumbing needs.

Domestic non vented water system Pressure regulator and 2 pressure relief valves replaced. System replumbed to correct errors in the original installation. Plumber arrived as arranged and carried out the work with a minimum of fuss at a competitive price.

Tom really listened to what we were trying to fix, and came up with a great solution, and delivered it quickly and accurately - the team were a pleasure to have in our house.

Just moved into the property and found the electric shower was useless. THT came up with a great solution to run a mixer shower from the bath taps. It was a quick job done extremely professionally. Work was completed within 4 days from contacting them.

Diagnosed a faulty old combi boiler and replaced very rapidly. Removed old one, altered pipework and fitted new one all between 9 am and 3 pm. Very clean job.

I have had 4 radiators replaced. The work was completed in less than a day, to a high standard and all rubbish was removed and my house was left clean and tidy. They arrived on time and charged me the previously agreed price. Great. Am using them to replace my bathroom in January.

THT have carried out various works for us both domestically and for our businesses, and we have always been really happy with the work and communication from them. This experience was no different, we were concerned about a continuous gas smell coming from our (very old) cooker. We weren’t in a huge hurry as could cope without using it for a little while, but they phoned us back immediately with their safety advice and got to us first thing the next morning to inspect! Thankfully there was no leak detected after a really thorough check over of the cooker, the boiler and the pipe work. I felt horrible for calling them out, but was so thankful that they fit us in at this exceptionally busy time of year and were able to advise us and check for us so swiftly!! Also, the gas safe engineer from THT, arrived wearing his face covering and conducted a temperature check on me before entering, giving further peace of mind that they are conducting their extra COVID safety measures brilliantly and effectively! This work was carried out in a rental property which, in the past, has been difficult to get fixed promptly. THT responded immediately, were helpful, fast, mindful of the current lockdown situation and two days after my initial contact had replaced the old electric shower with an exact match at a very reasonable cost. Throughout I was kept informed and was also asked if the work was to my satisfaction. Absolutely, I will go straight to them in the future.

Wonderful service, from booking and advice on the phone with the office to the team carrying out the repairs. They were clean and tidy and even wore shoe covers. The sign off forms were really helpful and being able to pay by card to the engineer was great.
