We had our front door replaced with a stable door. The dimensions of the door were far from standard, so measurements taken and a bespoke door constructed. Fitters Jack and Alan arrived on time, they did an excellent job fitting the door, maintaining social distancing rules at all times, they left the site clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the door although on the expensive side. The only negative was having to pay a non refundable £250 for the surveyor to measure and tell us how much the door would cost which seems very unfair!

We replaced an old timber front door and side windows in a 1910 house. Great service throughout from the helpful salesman and admin team to the great carpenters who did the installation. As with all old houses, there were unanticipated problems but these were all resolved, the workmen clearly thought before they did anything and paid attention to detail. They were polite, clean, and careful. top marks. Expensive but worth it.

We looked at a number of suppliers, but Timber Windows were the most helpful and professional. Their showrooms at Horndean and Winchester helped us to choose the style we wanted and the survey was carried out promptly and efficiently. We were able to choose the most suitable time for installation, and although it turned out to be a very windy and showery day, Gary and Lee carried out he removal of the existing french windows very cleanly and the Brio bi-fold doors were a perfect fit and they look stunning. The fitters took a lot of care with the finishing and left the inside and outside spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending Timber Windows (Southern) for similar work.

From start (first look in their Winchester showroom, with several subsequent visits to our house) to finish, the entire process was dealt with by the whole team professionally and courteously. Over the course of a week, we had all our windows replaced, and bi-folds installed. The inevitable disturbance was kept to an absolute minimum, and after each day the team cleaned up thoroughly inside and out. All the old windows were taken away, and all we were left with were new windows which have totally transformed our house. The quality of the workmanship is second to none, and the installation team were meticulous in everything they did. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. Thanks to everyone!

We bought a high quality stable door from Timber Windows in 2015 and have had no problems with it until this year when it started sticking whilst trying to open it. We have had a tremendous amount of rain and I am sure that did not help. We called Timber Windows and without any hesitation they said they would send someone out to fix the problem which they did very speedily even though we live in Windsor quite a way from their site in Horndean. I chose Timber Windows Horndean based on the impressive photos on their website and the obvious care and attention to detail that the company exhibited. The website looked professional and the photos of previous work looked stunning. I wanted a timber framed patio door (french window) as the previous UPVC door had never really impressed. Several quotes for UPVC windows showed that a timber framed window was slightly more expensive, but i felt that the extra expense would be worth it. The guarantee together with the beautiful look and feel of a wooden window made my mind up. Everyone at Timber windows was extremely helpful. The initial survey was helpful as recommendations were made which i followed up. The door was fitted in one day, and the installers were professional and tidied up afterwards. All communication was extremely fast and i felt that Timer Windows really value all their customers. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company, and their beautifully crafted windows and doors. I hope to use them again.

The work was all done in a day. I ordered three sash windows for my Victorian semi. Everyone has commented on how great they are. One neighbour was raving about the 'proper craftsmanship'. I did get Everest round for a quote and their plastic windows were going to be around the same price. There was no high-pressure salesmanship. They told me about the different pricing (using sash cords or not bothering) and gave good advice. I left the lads to get on with it and the work was all tidied up when they had finished. They were all very friendly and polite. I would recommend this company again.

The door was more expensive than others we looked at elsewhere, but now that it is fitted I can say that it is worth every penny and we couldn't be happier. Delighted with the product, and the service and recommend very highly.

From the very first visit to the company’s Showroom in Horndean it was clear that these guys were professional. Having reviewed the brochures we had a few ideas about the new front door we wanted. We wanted modern, very secure. We were impressed with the knowledge and the suggestions made about the door furniture because they had so much choice. They surveyed the house, and told us about the next steps and timescales. It was quite swift and well worth waiting for, it looked stunning. They quickly removed the old door and installed the new, they also had to cut away some skirting and brick work as we wanted the new door to be wider. The work was completed on time, no fuss, we are so pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone, in fact I have. Simply superb.
