Great and professional advice
Contacted Timberwise to advise on a potential dry rot problem in our attic. We were worried about this as one other builder (NOT Timberwise) who came to look at the problem quoted us for nothing less than the complete replacement of rafters and roof at £50k+, citing unsolvable dry rot and woodworm problems. After sending some pictures, Jenna at Timberwise replied quickly that we didn’t have a dry rot problem at all, and that it was just a matter of improving ventilation in the area. She sent us great and convincing documentation from the Timberwise site. All free of charge! This put our minds at ease, and obviously saved us loads of money, time and hassle. Highly recommended, actual experts at what they do (unlike some others out there!)

Timberwise have completed rot treatment in my flat and in my neighbour's adjoining flat. They were required to strip out and treat the rot, then re-plaster walls and replace boards. They left both flats in perfect condition ready for painting. All done on time and according to their quote. They were faced with a difficult situation as they had to work round a stressed customer in residence. They handled this with a level of thoughtfulness and diplomacy for which I am grateful. I had a dry rotted floor fixed by Timberwise in October 2015. The traders were very polite and informative, and I was very happy with their work and their ethos. Everything was completed on time and within the agreed budget. The quality of their work and the value for money I felt I received were both excellent. I would definitely recommend the trader.

I contacted Timberwise back in March 2017, Craig came out, inspected the property and created a great report. It took until October before I was ready for work to begin, I contacted the team arranged a date and they were so helpful! I realised I may have had damp in another room - they happily obliged to check that room as well whilst carrying out the DPC on the original room. Phone calls at each stage to provide updates, Carl & Craig couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend.

After having spent the last two years with a house occupied by workmen painting and plastering we had the unfortunate experience of finding penetrative damp damaging the newly plastered walls. The news was that we had to have the walls taken back to the brick once again, injected and re plastered not something we were keen to envisage. From meeting with the surveyor, arranging timescales with the office and then having the work carried out, there cannot be a more professional, energetic, polite, caring and clean team employed by any of their competitors in the UK. What we were dreading didn't come to fruition. The team were most amenable and a pleasure to have in our home leaving no mess, and ensuring that our fears were unfounded. We would use Timberwise again and have no problem recommending them to others. Fantastic team!
