I approached Thomas to help install a new kitchen for us. This was an excellent decision because Thomas was proven to be meticulous with a great eye for detail. The installation was in an investment property - so the job was subject to specific time constraints and a reliance on Thomas to operate in a mostly autonomous way. The communication was excellent with daily updates and a proactive approach to resolving issues when they arose. I would happily use Thomas for any future works - and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We had ordered a new kitchen from Howdens and needed to find an installer. Thomas was recommended to us by an electrician doing other work for us. It was clear when he came to assess the work that he paid attention to detail of the specification and advised on what would and would not work given the design provided by Howdens. During installation he gave particular attention to the detail and the accuracy in siting each component of the kitchen; down to the millimetre. This was clearly very important if the final job was to look right. Thomas's experience and knowledge also helped to successfully overcome a number of design issues which were not apparent at the start of the project. For example the siting of the extractor hood. The work was completed on time and within the quotation. Thomas worked very hard to ensure the deadline was met. We have experienced several new kitchen installations over our lifetime and this has to be the best fit out ever. We feel at the end of the work we have a suburb kitchen which has been perfectly and professionally installed.
