TMG Electrical Engineers recently replaced 17 of our old halogen downlights with new LED downlights, and we were really pleased with the service. The electrician and apprentice were brilliant – both friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. The work was completed neatly, and the new lights look so much better. They also left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Really pleased with the finished result. Great service, reliable and professional. Would definitely use TMG again and happily recommend them.

I have known Tom, the owner of TMG Electrical Engineers Ltd for 10 years. Tom has always provided an excellent service with outstanding knowledge and professionalism. He keeps up to date with new regulations and trade knowledge to ensure that his team carries out the highest quality work compliant with the current standards at the time. Tom and his team are all so polite, respectful to people and their homes, fairly priced and keep the customer very much in the loop if unforeseen changes are found to complete the job they have been contracted to do, to the highest and safest standard. It really is a breath of fresh air to know an electrical team who I can trust and who deliver old-fashioned customer service and satisfaction! This review is based on numerous electrical works carried out by Tom and his team for 10 years, so it is absolutely genuine! Their work is always consistent and to the highest standard. I was getting sick of electricians not turning up on time so decided to try someone from my local Whatsapp street group. Best decision I ever made! Apart from being a generally lovely bloke, Tom went above and beyond to sort everything out that I needed help with, even finding and fitting a very specific switch on a vintage lamp that I had been trying to find for ages - at no extra cost. The communication from Kellie who runs the office is also excellent. If you are sick of flakey electricians who don't tidy up after themselves then TM Electrical engineers are the people for you - you won't ever look back!

I got Tom's name off our Street's WhatsApp -he and James have worked at several houses here. We wanted halogen lamps on our kitchen, switched to LED, and some repositioned. In our loft bedroom we wanted 15 year old spotlights on rack, replaced by ceiling mounted LED downlights. Tom did the original survey and came up with lots of good ideas. James did the installation. Minimum disruption and everything tidied up professionally afterwards. Kellie in the office very helpful in scheduling the visit and sorting out the invoice. More than happy to recommend

Tom and his team carried out a full rewire to my property, he completed in a timely fashion and no additional costs. Mess was kept to minimal and he even organised the plasterer to finish the walls off ready for decoration.

I had cables supplied and fitted prior to having solar panels put on my roof. I had all lamps and light fittings changed so they are all LED now. I had cable drilled through my wall and floor board to create a light switch at the end of my long hallway so I could switch the light on and off from both ends of the hallway. I found the company quick to get back to me and respond to my emails. The invoice was thorough and detailed. They were quick to start the work. Tom, the Electrical Engineer explained what he was doing and discussed options when he came for the assessment visit. The work itself was carried out quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company. In addition, Kellie the administrator is very helpful and personable.
