We employed TNE Electrical to install three new lights and to try to repair a fourth light. The electrician who came, Marcin, was extremely proficient and efficient, not only in installing the new lights which were chandelier type but giving advice on best length of chain to make them look most effective. He also managed to repair an old light which we feared was beyond repair and that we’d have to replace.

I emailed TNE with my list of about nine things that needed fixing. The electrician came on time and worked his way through the jobs efficiently. Cost seemed reasonable to me and method of charging made clear before the work started. Couldn’t ask for more.

Tyrone was asked to complete EIRC's on two rented properties. He carried out the work competently and carefully. He was prompt and kept me informed as to what was happening. I was very happy with his work and would happily recommend him.

TNE fitted a new fuse board with EICR in my home. The team (Sharon, Kelly, Aron and Tyrone) were friendly and professional. The process from booking a visit to paying was efficient. I highly recommend TNE Electrical - from the first communication they were organised and helpful. The electrician that came over was a lovely guy, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a dimmer that had become a switch, and two lights out, and a couple of other dimmers that buzzed very annoyingly. There was also a ceiling fan that needed its remote sensor changed. Mark fixed everything very quickly, cleaned up after himself and as I was interested explained what he was doing, and what components needed to be changed. He had everything in the van with him, but the office manager had said that if he did need to go off and purchase anything they would cap the costs. I wish I'd had a company like TNE when we first moved to the flat - they really know what they're doing and if anyone is doing anything with updating to LED lights I'd suggest using these guys as getting it right takes proper know how! I'll certainly be using them again.

Needed an urgent dimmer switch fitted, it was done the next day. The speed in which the work was carried out was amazing, and it was done with a smile. Would certainly recommend to anyone and should we need anymore work carried out, we will will have your number on speed dial!

We had a very simply job, to disconnect an unused burglar alarm, but it needed doing urgently and at a weekend. Tyrone was with us within the hour, did a great job, and helped us out of a problem. Although there was a higher charge for the weekend, it was worth it to us.

I needed to have a dangerously double socket replaced. This was a small job, but it was carried out swiftly and courageously at reasonable cost. Thank you, TNE.
