Tom Leonard Heating Services

The usual thorough job on the boiler. On-time, clean & tidy and the boiler is good for anoyher 12 months. Gave some advice on tank and roomstat replacement options which I'll consider this year. Quite a big jump in cost since last year but all the other companies seem to be about the same price.

I have been using Tom for 18 years for all my heating services. He is polite and respectful of his work surroundings and always does a A* service. I would 100% recommend him and his company to family & friend without any hesitation.

Tom was recommended to me by a trusted friend. This is the second year that he has completed a service on time having arranged an appointment at my convenience. The work was completed to my entire satisfaction and any questions answered clearly. There was a problem with our Gas pressure that we had been unaware of and Tom contacted Gas Networks immediately and we had the work completed straight away. He arranged for a Worcester Bosch Engineer to come to our house and confirm that the system was now fully functioning. We had absolute confidence in everything that had been organised by Tom for us.

Tom came to service our boiler and as usual he was prompt and efficient - letting me know when he was on his way. He was happy to listen to my question about our heating and suggested a solution. He was tidy and polite. I would definitely recommend him.

We look forward to our annual boiler with this local business. We use Tom for both our home and in our rental property gas servicing. Tom has been our go-to gas engineer for more than three or four years. This company offer an excellent service, with excellent communication from booking the appointment and estimated time of arrival on appointment day. The professional advice is trusted and he always is respectful and polite in our home.

Tom arrived after letting me know he was en route which helps get my dogs out of the way. He was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to service the gas boiler, the service completion certificate was sent by e-mail later the same day. I will definitely be using him in the future

On the 2nd of september Tom Leonard replaced my old boiler for a new one.He turned up on time and completed the job by mid afernoon .tom has looked afer my heating system for over 15 yrs .He dose a good job at a fair price he is always helpfull and i would recommend him to any one.

Tom went the extra mile to keep my elderly mother’s boiler working by going to extreme lengths to obtain obsolete parts. He also attended immediately he received the parts, knowing how heating is extra-important to the elderly.
