Tom actually installed our boiler 10 years ago and has serviced it since then. This time (after 10 years wear and tear) it needed more parts but Tom diagnosed the problems very quickly and the parts arrived while he was here and were fitted immediately to get our boiler running efficiently again. Tom and his apprentice Jack arrived promptly when arranged and they even sent a tracking link near the time so that I could see where they were on the way to me. The service and repair were carried out cleanly and efficiently and a certificate of service supplied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom Leonard’s excellent service.

Tom installed my combi boiler in 2023 and this is the 3rd service he has done for me. Tom is friendly, polite and very professional and he always sends a text to say he's on his way, which is very useful. He gets on with the job in hand as soon as he arrives and leaves everything clean and tidy after the work is completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone needing a new boiler installing or repairing/servicing.

Would definitely recommend. Explained over the phone and explained I may need replacement part as pressure constantly dropping from the boiler. Booked in for the Monday, and received confirmation of the appt. When he was on his way, got a message including map and eta. fitted new part, sorted boiler and can now shower without running up to the loft to refill the boiler first.
