A trouble free service from start to finish. Very efficient booking system which was done by phone and then appointment date and timing confirmed by email. Tracking system allowed for ‘on way‘ message when Tom was on the way. Actual service done, faults identified and corrected , along with a warranty claim which I dealt with by phone with baxi, , based on toms advice. Smooth, efficient and trouble free service from Tom, happy to recommend

We have used Tom for the last 9 years. He is an excellent heating engineer and we would definitely recommend him without any hesitation to other people. He installed our Worcester boiler 9 years ago. Today, he carried out our annual boiler service. He sent a text message as always, to say he was on route and arrived shortly afterwards. He was very friendly and professional and always asks how we are. He carried out the service efficiently and gave us some useful and helpful advice on the water controls on our thermostat. We received our completion certificate after he had finished his job. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Tom did an excellent job of replacing my old oil boiler with a new one. The job was completed in a day and all rubbish including the old boiler was cleared up and taken away. A job very well done.

Tom has serviced our boiler since Nov. 2011 when it was installed by him as well as completing other maintenance/repair jobs. Tom is helpful, friendly, reliable and efficient.... as well as being professional and reasonably priced. The latter is of course a terrific combination for any service provider. Obviously, other customers will always decide for themselves but I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Tom is always polite and professional he carried out an annual service on my boiler which he installed 5 years ago. As always, he messaged to say he was on the way and arrived promptly. He was friendly as he always is and carried out the work in his customary professional manner. He remembered details from the previous year and asked about my family which I think is very kind of him. When he’d completed the service he informed me that everything was in order and working perfectly. He’s such a kind and friendly gentleman, I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent work.

He is tidy and leaves a checklist of the items he has serviced and, where appropriate, the actual numerical results. We can totally recommend him and would use him to install a new boiler should we ever require one in the future.

Mr Leonard carried out a complex job to replace all of the central heating pipes to our downstairs radiators following a leak. He did a very good job, sticking to the agreed schedule and was very respectful of our home, tidying up at the end of each day. We were very happy with the work and the price and would definitely use his services again.

Found Tom through work he had done for my brother over a number of years. We’d had a problem with our 16 year old boiler & Tom confirmed a replacement would benefit us. Tom fitted a Worcester boiler in our house about 7 years ago and has serviced it annually since. I always get a polite reminder when the service is due and a mutually convenient date is arranged. Tom recently installed a new Worcester boiler for us to replace the old one that had been in the property for more than 20 years. I was very happy with all aspects of the service provided by Tom Leonard Heating Services including initial house visit and advice, very competitive quote, post quote comms, boiler installation itself and post installation comms. Tom was very punctual and polite and carried out the work to a high standard. This included dealing with a couple of unforeseen issues on the day with the minimum of fuss to ensure the job was completed by the time suggested and to the agreed budget. I would be very happy to recommend Tom Leonard Heating services for such work.

I have used Tom for all my heating problems over the past 5 years or so. Always get excellent service at a good price this time he got 2 radiators working in my conservatory which had not been working for years. conservatory lovely in warm now . I highly recommend Tom he is a genuine, reliable ,honest person. he will tell you exactly what can or cant be down and gives sound solid advice regarding all heating queries.
