First class service by Tom and his team from booking the job in to completing. Came out did a survey, quoted and stuck to price given and did the job on date given. Fourth time I've used Tom on various jobs and never let me done yet, total trust in him as work is usually carried out whilst we are out at work ourselves. Can't recommend his company any higher 🙂.

Tom fitted a new boiler the day after I called him, he was professional and a tidy worker, he fully explained the boiler controls. we have used Tom on many occasions and never disappoints. His quote is always a final price with no unpleasant additional costs. Will continue to use his company when the need arises.

Tom had previously installed and serviced the gas central heating system in my home. Knowing the quality of his installation work and the highly professional manner in which he relates to customers I had no hesitation in recommending him to a family member to complete repairs to an electrical hot water system. Tom has just serviced out boiler to his usual high standard. He has serviced our boiler in this house for 6 years and also at our previous address where he also installed it. His work is immaculate. Pipework in boiler cupboard was not far short of a work of art. Being an ex tradesman myself, i’m only fussy about who I let loose in our house. We have known Tom Leonard for many years and he installed our first boiler. Today he installed a new Worcester Bosh Gas Boiler. He arrived at his stated time and explained exactly what he was going to do after laying carpet protection throughout our bungalow. No problem appears to be too small for Tom and my wife and I felt relaxed in asking him any questions about the work in hand. He is a very personable individual and has a pleasant manner. The work was done on time and to the quoted estimate. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom to anyone wanting to have quality central heating installed. I would have no reservations in going back to him to ask any questions over our heating system.
