I asked Tom if he would visit and advise on a replacement boiler, also mentioning that several radiators never seemed to get up to temperature. Tom talked me through various options and costs involved, all subject to boiler availability during these Covid times. I agreed on a boiler and fitting date; come the day, Tom arrived and installed the unit. Result, toasty warm house. Observations – Tom arrives when he says he will. An extremely polite person, respectful of both you and your property. Communications are excellent, with Tom spending time to explain the workings of my Central Heating system. First job on arrival, protection to hard flooring, carpets and worktops. Second job, laying out of toolboxes (super collection of tools), and new plumbing parts. During installation, Tom kept advising of work progression. Discarded equipment went straight outside into a large box, at the end of day Tom arranged for immediate removal of all scrap and debris by registered dealers. Very impressed with the entire operation. I have already booked Tom for some additional improvements to CH system, and of course, have him booked for Annual services of the boiler. Communication is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Well done Tom for recognising this fact.
