Our new boiler was installed last year by Tom and as agreed we were contacted to arrange our annual service a few weeks ago. Tom came this week and completed the service in a friendly and efficient manner and left the area clean and tidy. Tom made a recommendation on the positioning of the room thermostat to improve the efficiency of the heating system. I am very happy with the work completed by Tom and the level of communication that we have had with the company as a whole. I was presented with a number of options for payment, which was a refreshing way of doing business. Tom and the support team easy and professional manner makes the company a delight to deal with.

Tom installed a new boiler in my property after attending a call out regarding a broken boiler. Tom discussed all possible options with me. He provided a quote within the time frame he stated and was able to complete the job within a few days of me agreeing to have a new boiler installed. Tom replaced our old Worcester oil boiler with a new Worcester gas boiler after carefully assessing our household needs to match us with the right boiler. He is a nice, genuine man who got on with the job and gave a quality service applying great attention to every detail. We found him competitively priced, extremely trustworthy and he worked all day before leaving the place clean and tidy so we had no hesitation in contacting him again recently when the boiler needed its first yearly service and we were not disappointed by his workmanship once again. We would highly recommend him, he is very professional, knowledgeable and completed all work to a very high standard.
