Tom Leonard was recommended to us by a family member. We needed to replace an old combi boiler that wasn't working properly and we knew that we needed a new one. Tom was happy to discuss our usage, what type/size of boiler would meet our needs and the costs involved (it came in within the price range we needed it to be at). The job was completed in a day and was done so tidily - I only wish other tradesmen we have used in the past were as diligent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Tom for any boiler needs and fully intend to use him for our annual boiler service.

Tom came today and carried out a thorough gas boiler service. He kept me fully informed about the checks he was carrying out and replaced a rubber washer on the condensing element of the boiler. Tom then advised me that the boiler was working perfectly. This was the fifth service for the boiler by Tom and I shall be asking him next year to carry out the sixth service. I can wholeheartly recommend Tom for servicing your gas boiler or any gas boiler fitting or repairs.

Service was booked in advance, Tom sent a message ahead to tell me he was on the way, able to track the van so I knew when to expect him. Boiler service was quick, efficient and Tom made no mess whatsoever. Certainly will use Tom Leonard again.

I contacted Tom because my boiler had stopped working just after New Year. He came to look at it on the Tuesday and booked me in for the Friday. It was time to install a new boiler. He advised me of the best boiler to fit and which would be most economical. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I was sent a message stating date and time he would arrive and also messaged me when he was on his way. He was very polite and respectful, and did an excellent job the pipework was so neat and tidy and he didn’t leave any mess. I will definitely use again for any servicing etc. in the future. I cannot recommend him highly enough he is outstanding.

Ring the office, make an appointment. Then I receive an email confirming the appointment. Fantastic job and aftercare
Tom can and done our annual maintenance check on our boiler. Once again he was polite and respectful of our property. He carried out the work and also checked out a radiator that I thought had a leak, but it didn’t just needed tightening. Left everything clean and tidy said in the nicest possible way see you next year. Wouldn’t trust anybody else with my boiler maintenance and I have been using Tom for 15 years

Tom recently fitted a new Worcester boiler for us. He was able to fit us in a week after our initial enquiry. He arrived promptly on the day of installation and sent a text beforehand to confirm his arrival. He covered the stairs and landing before he started work and worked non stop until the job was completed. He left everything clean and tidy and he spent time explaining how to use the the new room thermostat. We were really pleased with the work and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was professional at all times and also cheerful chatty, polite and courteous.

Excellent service from initial booking of work. Received email and text updates of when the work was going to happen. (am) 23/02/24. Arrived at 8.45. Completed the work by 9.45 and received the emailed gas certificate and invoice by 10am. Very nice guy. Obviously very knowledgeable. Was extremely happy with the whole experience.

This was our annual boiler service. Tom has serviced our boiler since installing it in April 2018. As usual, he performed this work in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. He text messaged me whilst on route to say he was on his way and arrived within the stated time slot. While he was here I asked him advice about our central heating system and radiators. He gave me all the required information I needed and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend his workmanship, and personally like his respectful attitude towards his clients.
