We have replaced a 30 year old boiler and small hot water cylinder with a Worcester Bosch oil boiler and greenstar 210 lt unvented cylinder. This involved removing tanks, boiler and pipework, and fitting new boiler, repositioned cylinder and lots of new pipework. Tom's experience and confidence undertaking this work and his knowledge and explanation of the works to be done were very reassuring. The pipework pre-lagging was a work of art! A small issue with the boiler (not Tom's work) meant he had to return on the weekend to finish off, which he cheerfully did. The system is working beautifully with lashings of hot water at good pressure! Happy happy happy. The admin side from first contact is very efficient and we are now on an annual service reminder with Tom. We felt it was a fair and competitive price and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

This was my annual Gas Safe inspection for one of my rental properties. Contacted Tom by email to arrange an appointment, of which was confirmed within 2 hours. He attended the property as per the appointment, contacting my tenant prior to his arrival. He conducted the inspection in a professional and friendly approach leaving the work site clean and tidy. Both Gas Safe certificate an invoice received on the same day. He provides a prompt, reliable and friendly service hence I can strongly recommended his services.

This was our annual boiler service. Tom has serviced our boiler since installing it in April 2018. As usual, he performed this work in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. He text messaged me whilst on route to say he was on his way and arrived within the stated time slot. While he was here I asked him advice about our central heating system and radiators. He gave me all the required information I needed and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend his workmanship, and personally like his respectful attitude towards his clients.

Tom recently fitted a new Worcester boiler for us. He was able to fit us in a week after our initial enquiry. He arrived promptly on the day of installation and sent a text beforehand to confirm his arrival. He covered the stairs and landing before he started work and worked non stop until the job was completed. He left everything clean and tidy and he spent time explaining how to use the the new room thermostat. We were really pleased with the work and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was professional at all times and also cheerful chatty, polite and courteous.

I contacted Tom because my boiler had stopped working just after New Year. He came to look at it on the Tuesday and booked me in for the Friday. It was time to install a new boiler. He advised me of the best boiler to fit and which would be most economical. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I was sent a message stating date and time he would arrive and also messaged me when he was on his way. He was very polite and respectful, and did an excellent job the pipework was so neat and tidy and he didn’t leave any mess. I will definitely use again for any servicing etc. in the future. Tom installed a new boiler for us recently. The work was carried out immaculately; all carpets were covered with protective sheeting and everything went according to plan. First contacted on 31st May about possiblity of getting new boiler fitted, after few photos and description of the job Tom was able to give a quote and able to come the next week. My boiler was given a thorough testing to make sure it is runnning properly and won’t fail particularly during cold weather. I have used Tom Leonard Heating Services for ten years at least. He has fitted two boilers in that time and serviced them annually. Tom is always punctual for his appointed time - if he is early or running late he will always inform you by phone or text. Tom is open to any questions that you may have regarding his central heating work. He has also offered verbal advice to us via the phone when we had a problem with the boiler not relighting after a power cut.. I asked Tom if he would visit and advise on a replacement boiler, also mentioning that several radiators never seemed to get up to temperature. Tom talked me through various options and costs involved, all subject to boiler availability during these Covid times. I agreed on a boiler and fitting date; come the day, Tom arrived and installed the unit. Result, toasty warm house. Observations – Tom arrives when he says he will. An extremely polite person, respectful of both you and your property. Communications are excellent, with Tom spending time to explain the workings of my Central Heating system. First job on arrival, protection to hard flooring, carpets and worktops. Second job, laying out of toolboxes (super collection of tools), and new plumbing parts. During installation, Tom kept advising of work progression. Discarded equipment went straight outside into a large box, at the end of day Tom arranged for immediate removal of all scrap and debris by registered dealers. Very impressed with the entire operation. I have already booked Tom for some additional improvements to CH system, and of course, have him booked for Annual services of the boiler. Good advice and information before installation of Combi in twenty seventeen, which was done neatly and efficiently. Annual service since has been done well after polite reminder from this firm each year, appliance has worked perfectly and more efficiently than the previous model. Possibly not the cheapest firm, but recommended without any hesitation.

No problem appears to be too small for Tom and my wife and I felt relaxed in asking him any questions about the work in hand. He is a very personable individual and has a pleasant manner. The work was done on time and to the quoted estimate. We have no hesitation in recommending Tom to anyone wanting to have quality central heating installed. Tom arrived to quote and carry out the work when he said he would. He did a great job and left the house tidy. He called after to offer future assistance if we had any issues programming etc.

The boiler was fitted a year ago and required an annual service. Agreed with Helen at the office of Tom Leonard for a time and cost. Tom arrived on time was in uniform and had the necessary equipment and tools with him. He explained what he was about to do and then proceeded to do the service as required on the boiler. We agreed on the method of payment and I paid on the day. He then explained that I would receive the necessary invoice/receipt by email and that he would update his records to show the service had been completed and would send me a reminder in a years time for the next service. He tidied up the garage on completion of the service and was polite and professional at all times. I was satisfied with the work and would recommend him and his company for any future work to anybody.

The service is thorough, professional and completed on time. Thr initial visit was completed quickly and essential work carried outbstraight away. There were some remedial work that was recommended (not essential, but recommended due to the age and quality of some parts) and it was well explained without jargon, and reasonably priced. All in all, every interaction I've had has been exactly what you'd want it to be - priced fairly, professionally and efficiently carried out by an experienced and qualified engineer. All the background stuff (invoicing, booking, job updates etc) have all been bang on as well. I can't recommend them highly enough.
