I contacted Tom after finding him on your site. I had previously bought a 2 camera Arlo Pro wireless security kit, which frankly I thought was rubbish after spending 8 hours trying to get it to work properly. Tom made a site visit and provided a very reasonable quote for a 2 camera network wired professional installation. I asked about warranty and Tom advised me it is 3 years on the equipment which includes any labour. I decided to add a third camera. The installation was done on the day agreed. The neatness of wiring and quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The day after completion, I realised we had a software settings problem. The third camera, set up to record and alert by email on motion was set too sensitive. Tom came back in the afternoon and we agreed a modification. The system has since worked absolutely flawlessly. I have been a Which? member for over forty years. If there was to be an accolade for a truly best buy in security systems, I vote please look no further than mine from TM Electrical Services.

Arrived to carry out the electrical work (replacement bathroom fan) at the time and day agreed. Was impressed by the thorough approach to finding the problem and offering solutions, and then carrying out the agreed work without fuss. Very professional and also very friendly and polite; I would have no hesitation in asking them back to carry out any other electrical work in the future. Highly recommended.

I contacted Tom to ask him to install a new shower for my parents. He responded quickly, and soon arranged a convenient time to arrange the fitting, including a plumber for the job too. He arrived on time and completed the job exactly as required. My parents are delighted with their new shower, and found Tom and his colleague a pleasure to deal with. Really nice job by Tom and team in supplying and fitting garden electrics for pond pump/UV, external power sockets and up-lighting for borders. Discussed options with Tom and very pleased with suggestions for remote switching of lighting using a SMART system to avoid cabling to switches in the house and also allowing for future expansion. Tom arrived when he said he would and work was completed very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely employ Tom again!
