We have used Tom before to service our boiler and this time he also replaced most of our old radiators. Tom is knowledgeable thorough and his workmanship is very good. The job was done is two days. He is very courteous, tidy and very pleasant to have around. He is also very good at confirming beforehand of his arrival time.

We have used Tom a number of times to do work in our own home and my brothers home. He has completely replaced two bathrooms and one kitchen, as well as underrating a number of smaller tasks. His work is always superb and uncompromising perfect. He is punctual courteous and a perfectionist. It always great to have him working on a project because I know it will be finished properly on time and on budget.

Outstanding from start to finish. Tom's timekeeping is impeccable, even calling ahead to advise ETA. Work was completed to the highest standard and his attention to detail is beyond amazing. He is clearly proud of his work. Everything was explained in laymans terms, and not a single corner was cut, and to say the site was left tidy is an understatement, he even ran his vacuum cleaner round where he had been drilling outside! Tom's number has replaced my regular plumbers number in my phone, and he will definitely be my first point of call if i need his services in the future.
