I needed to get roof repairs done to my childhood home before selling it & Tony quickly made a site visit & delivered a clear quote. The work, including re-leading, tiles & ridges etc. was carried out in good time with great communication throughout including phone calls, photographs & texts of the situation before, during & after completion. This was especially important in my case since I wasn't able to meet Tony face-to-face or visit the home while work progressed. The site was left clean & tidy. The price was reasonable & fair with small extra items carried out as discovered & within the original quote. Payment was simple & not needed until I was satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.

Initially responded to an emergency within hours and subsequently completed an entire re-roofing required following gale damage. Their helpfulness, friendly communications and standard of work was exceptional. The job was completed as quoted despite ongoing difficulties caused by regular unworkable weather conditions. Following completion there were regular visits to ensure satisfaction. We have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation - a first class firm in every respect..

Tony undertook work to remove all roof tiles, remove & replace the timber lathe batons & 50+ year old roofing felt along with removing an old vent pipe & update the insulation. Re-pointing work was also done to the gable end wall & damp proof course level. In addition, UPVC fascia board was installed to the side of the garage roof and a new Indian stone slab patio laid in the back garden. We chose Tony to do all of these jobs because he had done previous work for us in our bathroom & several jobs for my Mum over the years. All work has been completed to a very high standard & as per the detailed quotation provided. He has kept us fully informed & updated throughout the whole process & has been on site regularly to check on the work done by the subcontractors he uses. We would highly recommend Tony & his team & would definitely use him again should we have any future jobs. He is a total professional & always puts his customers first.

Tony was recommended by a friend, as I needed some extensive work done on my house. Tony and his team removed and replaced all the roof tiles and cleaned the guttering and did an excellent job (even my neighbour across the road commented on what a lovely job they had done). I also had a problem with damp around the chimney breast in one of the bedrooms and rain getting into the garage attached to the side of the house, shorting out the electrics, Tony rectified all of these problems, in a very helpful and professional manner, giving me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Tony and his team and would certainly call upon their services if needed in future.

Tony and his team carried out extensive work on our property which included dismantling old porch way and replacing with an entirely different design. Restructuring the roof, complete replacement of roof tiles, facias and guttering. Rendering of entire bungalow and some internal decorating. Tony listened to our needs and advised accordingly. He kept us involved at all stages of the work and any problems were dealt with effectively and efficiently. All the work was completed to a high standard.

I’ve not used Trusted Trader before but we’ve had tradespeople before and I’ve never been confident they did a better job than I could have - however we had a repair problem with our roof again and I was determined to get a professional assessment and quotation. Tony Wills responded swiftly to my call and quickly identified a solution, in fact offering two, fully costed, possible routes. We chose to play safe and have a larger repair than was immediately required and haven’t regretted nominating Tony and his team. I was immediately impressed by Tony whom carefully explained how the job would be carried out and when the various stages of build (scaffolding etc) would take place. The weather has certainly tested the roofing work in the weeks since completion and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tony and the team to anyone.

Tony and his team have just completed re-roofing our house, due to an old roof light that had failed causing leakage over the winter. Due to the age of the existing roof we were given various quotes, but decided to go with the total replacement option, new laths, underlay, concrete tiles and dry verge capping. Tony and his team carried out the work quickly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption and within the time span that was agreed. Tony was also happy to carry out several other small jobs that needed doing while on site. Following this work we asked for an old boundary wall to be taken down and replaced which has also been completed to our satisfaction.

Job: re install dry verge capping on roof to the rear of bungalow. Completed within the promised time period and gave prior notification of the specific date/day. Worked nor-stop for 5-6 hours and completed satisfactorily - I was quite happy with the end product.

Brick Conservatory (Kitchen extension) Mr Tony Wills was very professional we were pleased with the daily updates of what would take place. His advice was also good as we were unsure about a few things we wanted doing and his knowledge was excellent. The team that worked with him were all very professional and helpful. We were also pleased that Mr Wills did the quote on the day we arranged and he started the extension on the day that was arranged. We have found in the past a lot of builders let you down and do not turn up on the day that is arranged but this was not the case with Tony Wills Builders. The quote was in good detail and the total money was not paid until completion of the extension and that we were satisfied with the work that was carried out. All building rubbish was removed and the area was cleaned. We are very happy and pleased with the extension. Family and friends also comment on how nice the extension is. We would highly recommend Tony Wills Builders.
