Had all the locks changed so my elderly mother only had one key to open all the locks on the doors. All in all Tom changed 6 locks. He was very friendly and very professional how he dealt with it. Very reasonably priced. We had a problem with one of the locks, but Tom came back to the house to sort it as soon as he was notified. Can't recommend Tom enough.

Very fast and friendly service from Toplock. I contacted Tom after my key snapped in my lock. I had my 2 young children, out in the cold, he was with us within 40mins. All sorted quickly and very reasonably priced. Such a friendly lad and takes so much pride in his work. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and will most definitely be saving his number for future reference. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough!

Unfortunately our car was stolen during a visit to a supermarket and our house keys were in the vehicle along with a sat nav device with a home address programmed in (rookie mistake). I contacted Tom Haigh at Top Lock Yorkshire Ltd and he arrived at our home within 30 minutes, in fact almost at the same time we managed to get a lift home. He efficiently assessed and changed all our locks , checked everything was secured and reassured us that our property was safe with the best locks available. His prompt, professional and courteous service helped relieve some of our stress and allowed us to focus on dealing with police and insurance companies. We have previously used Top Locks Yorkshire Ltd for routine work and have always been extremely happy with them but on this particular day they definitely came to our rescue.
