I would highly recommend Top Lock for any work. From the start of the process Kathryn was amazing, she listened to what we wanted and needed and created bespoke doors for our new home with no hard sell or upgrades to increase the price. They came out to measure and gave clear guidelines of timescales for the works top be carried out. She communicated every step of the way and when the fitters came out they were the same. They worked hard, tidied up after themselves and talked us through the features of the doors. I cannot thank them enough for doing such a brilliant, flawless job from start to finish!

I've used Top Lock before for new locks, but they now offer new doors and windows as well. Spoke to Tom who owns the business and went down to view their new showroom in Carlton in Barnsley. Fantastic showroom, they had plenty of doors to look at in the flesh and also a great area where my two boys could play on a PS5 while we looked at options. Tom showed us a virtual render of different styles of doors on our house, which helped us come to our decision very quickly. Their pricing is very good, I would say, and how these guys operate is second to none. Excellent from order to fitting. The fitters are punctual, professional and fitted the new door in a matter of a couple of hours. They left the inside and outside clean and tidy and were a pleasure to deal with. Had all the locks changed so my elderly mother only had one key to open all the locks on the doors. All in all Tom changed 6 locks. He was very friendly and very professional how he dealt with it. Very reasonably priced. We had a problem with one of the locks, but Tom came back to the house to sort it as soon as he was notified. Can't recommend Tom enough.

Very fast and friendly service from Toplock. I contacted Tom after my key snapped in my lock. I had my 2 young children, out in the cold, he was with us within 40mins. All sorted quickly and very reasonably priced. Such a friendly lad and takes so much pride in his work. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and will most definitely be saving his number for future reference. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough!

Unfortunately our car was stolen during a visit to a supermarket and our house keys were in the vehicle along with a sat nav device with a home address programmed in (rookie mistake). I contacted Tom Haigh at Top Lock Yorkshire Ltd and he arrived at our home within 30 minutes, in fact almost at the same time we managed to get a lift home. He efficiently assessed and changed all our locks , checked everything was secured and reassured us that our property was safe with the best locks available. His prompt, professional and courteous service helped relieve some of our stress and allowed us to focus on dealing with police and insurance companies. We have previously used Top Locks Yorkshire Ltd for routine work and have always been extremely happy with them but on this particular day they definitely came to our rescue.
