I returned home from holiday to find two leaking stopcocks. I called the company late on 2nd February requesting a plumber asap - and the efficient call handler arranged for a visit the following morning. A plumber duly arrived at the appointed time and quickly assessed the situation -then firstly tried simple approaches to solving the leaking followed by a valve replacement (held in his van stock) to finally fully resolve the problem. The plumber stayed for a while to recheck the two leaks were indeed completely resolved and made sure I knew how to contact them if further problems develop. The Plumber was very personable, polite and worked speedily but without mess. After a few days I received an invoice for the job - the cost of which I feel is very reasonable for the work and part. I am very pleased with the quick response, timely visit, competence of the work, and finally the price. I am a lifelong avid DIYer and so understand the issues and repair.

Fast initial diagnosis of problem. Once identified quick appointment made for replacement of hot water cylinder. On completion the engineer found a small leak due to faulty tank. Tank replaced next day with no fuss on their part. The fitter was polite hardworking and only left when completely happy that the job was done to our satisfaction. Highly recommend, price very competitive.

I was surprised and grateful for a prompt and efficient installation of a Bosch combi boiler. From advice on resiting the boiler from garage to kitchen, to a neat installation. I am so pleased with their prompt response, the fact that I can always reach them by phone, and the prospect of lower bills after all their excellent advice. This company is highly recommended by me.
