As someone who works in the bathroom industry, I’ve seen my fair share of dodgy fitters with questionable skills. Tim is very much the opposite. From start to finish, he did an excellent job and was a pleasure to have around. He took on board all the details we raised, from precise item placement to the tile scheme, and the end result speaks for itself. His workmanship is top-notch, and you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. Tim was also incredibly considerate throughout the whole process. He always made sure our family was impacted as little as possible, planning the work carefully so we had a toilet in place every day and even timing things like floor tiling around us so we weren’t getting in each other’s way. That level of thoughtfulness makes a huge difference when you’re living through a bathroom renovation. He kept everything clean and tidy, was polite and friendly, and was equally pleasant around our children, which we really appreciated. Overall, an excellent installer who I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We were recommended to use Tim by our bathroom supplier. Very glad we did so. Our initial meeting showed a “can do” attitude, backed up by knowledge and understanding of what we wanted. At all times Tim discussed any potential difficulties with the job, and how he would surmount them. Never did he do the “sharp in take of breath” followed by gloom! He’s incredibly tidy and ensures he’s happy with his work which means you will be too. We are about to book him for more work in the kitchen.

Six months ago we had our 30 year old bathroom replaced by Tim for a modern new bathroom. He kept to our budget and never tried to sell us anything more expensive or unnecessary. Conscientious, meticulous and tidy. We had a couple of minor issues but Tim dealt with them promptly and with no quibble. We would heartily recommend him.

From the moment Tim came for the estimate he was up front and clear about any challenges anticipated with my,initial, ideas about the plan. His projected time scales and costs were accurate. His work ethos and attention to detail is excellent, while his suggestions were both cost effective and extremely helpful. All of these points together made the completed project excellent and beyond that which I had first conceived.

Tim is an old school fitter. Bags of experience and ideas. Will do a great job, communicate any issues and keep you updated. He's done my 2 bathrooms over the last few years and I've been V happy with the work and outcomes.

Tim installed 3 new bathrooms in our listed building. It was not a straightforward project owing to the building’s many quirks - not a flat wall or level floor in sight! Tim was quick with solutions and suggestions to make our bathroom ideas work and was always thoughtful and thorough. Above all, we felt we were in safe, honest hands and Tim was such a pleasure to have around.
