George & Tom arrived bright and early with big smiles on their faces. Work was quietly and efficiently carried out by both on the first day and then later by George on his own. Can't fault either of them. They were polite, considerate and pleasant and the house was left spotless. The new boiler is top notch. House is nice and warm and there is no end of hot water. That, together with two nice pleasant lads who worked hard to achieve perfection. What more could you ask for? I would have no hesitation in recommending Tower Heating.

My new boiler installation was carried out by engineer James assisted by his apprentice Kieran. Both these gentlemen were a pleasure to have in my home. They were friendly, helpful and informative and did an excellent installation. I cannot recommend Tower Heating too highly. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and in my experience if you buy cheap, you pay twice.

A very professional company - an exceptional service - George and Tom who carried out most on the new boiler replacement we very communicative whilst being in the background as life in our home went on a normal. Workmanship was superb and they took great care to ensure the work was carried out in a first class way - I would not hesitate to recommend Tower Heating to everybody.

Following an appraisal of the job by Greg via Zoom, such are the times we live in, Gordon and Tom did an excellent job of replacing our old boiler. Gordon and Tom were both friendly and helpful and explained everything to us. They were both very efficient, the installation went smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves. Tower Heating installed and commissioned our new boiler, replacing a 25 year old model. At the initial inspection (free of charge) our existing system was reviewed we discussed our requirements for the new boiler. The first stage of the installation was carried out within 5 working days (after which we had hot water & central heating) and the final balancing and finishing off completed five days after that. The team were thoroughly professional throughout the process and we are delighted with the finished product which has been installed far more neatly than the old system.

I had not used Tower Heating before but thought their web site looked very professional and they appeared to have a strong local commitment to delivering good service. I contacted the company as I had a problem with a working boiler but no hot water coming out of any of the bathroom or kitchen taps. Keith and Will arrived on time and quickly identified the problem. They had the necessary spare parts on their van and were able to effect a speedy repair. Keith advised that I may experience a short term problem with air locks in the system. He called at 8.45 the next morning to check that all was well and returned in his lunch hour to complete the job. He also identified and replaced a defective tap. Very professional and focussed approach with a strong customer service ethos- unlike the previous plumbers that I have used for service and repairs. Highly recommended based on this job.

This is a great company to deal with. From the moment I rang the office to the post installation review the service was friendly and professional. Gordon, Chaise and Stuart did a fantastic installation of my new system boiler in a very confined space. They were hard working, very focused on doing the best job possible, clean and polite. Communication with Greg who oversaw the job and provided the survey and quote was excellent. He was very responsive at all times. I was apprehensive about replacing my boiler but needn’t have worried. It was a great job delivered on time, to specification and at the original quoted cost. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Tower Heating.

I had my old water tank system converted to a new Worcester/Bosch system. The work was carried out on time and to agreed budget, with professionalism and efficiency by Callum, Chaise and Tom. I’ve used Tower Heating for years and they always give great advice and also advice about energy efficiency. They try to send the same engineer so it was nice to see Lee again for our boiler service and minor hot water plumbing maintenance that we inherited with the house. He also discussed how to use our boiler and controls more efficiently to save on gas. East to book appointments over the phone and prompt service. Highly recommended.

We have used Tower Heating for many years for emergency plumbing and heating all outs. So they were the obvious choice to replace a very old boiler and gravity fed system. In our 60s house, the siting of the old boiler, gas and water supply made the work of designing and installing the boiler - including a flue through the flat garage roof - not straightforward. 2 old radiators were replaced and a new one fitted. A new hot water cylinder was installed and TRVs to all existing radiators. It all went very smoothly and much quicker than we had imagined with very little disruption to us. Cold and hot water were off for only a matter of hours. The work was carried out very quickly over 4 days. The pipe work, designed by Neil for the new boiler is a work of art! We could not fault the way Neil and the lads helping him carried out the work, sometimes in very tight physical situations in the house. Very efficient and seemed to be enjoying their work. We were not surprised by the high standard of the whole project, but were delighted!

The work carried out to upgrade our Gas Central Heating System was completed to a very high standard by Tower Heating. They were both pleasant and polite and answered any technical questions or queries we put to them, immediately. All the work was completed to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.
