Tower heating installed our 3 boilers but not our 2 gas fires. Their service engineers are very experienced and familiar with our house. The service was very professional and the engineers are always very polite and informative. Excellent company and I would strongly recommend anyone to use them

Tower Heating installed and commissioned our new boiler, replacing a 25 year old model. At the initial inspection (free of charge) our existing system was reviewed we discussed our requirements for the new boiler. The first stage of the installation was carried out within 5 working days (after which we had hot water & central heating) and the final balancing and finishing off completed five days after that. The team were thoroughly professional throughout the process and we are delighted with the finished product which has been installed far more neatly than the old system.

This is a great company to deal with. From the moment I rang the office to the post installation review the service was friendly and professional. Gordon, Chaise and Stuart did a fantastic installation of my new system boiler in a very confined space. They were hard working, very focused on doing the best job possible, clean and polite. Communication with Greg who oversaw the job and provided the survey and quote was excellent. He was very responsive at all times. I was apprehensive about replacing my boiler but needn’t have worried. It was a great job delivered on time, to specification and at the original quoted cost. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Tower Heating.

New Worcester boiler. Very professional service from start to finish. Exceptionally tidy work clearing all the untidy pipe work and replacing. All looks and works great. Tidied everything up afterwards as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Keith serviced our boiler boiler and fire a couple of weeks ago, and today we had him back to replace bathroom taps. Everything done with well-trained efficiency, and politeness. Clearly a company that believes in doing a quality job, and they arrive when they say they will. Recommended.

Nigel Littler and Harvey spent three days installing a new boiler. They were totally professional and very friendly and helpful during the installation work and completed the project on time and to a very high standard. Tower Heating were recommended to me by a neighbour and I would have no reservations in also recommending them. I can’t fault any aspect of my dealings with Tower Heating from their initial inspection, quotation and then installation of my new Worcester Bosch CH Boiler. They confirm all appointments, turn up on time and fulfil all the promises that accompany their quotation…and more! Nigel and Olly were the engineers carrying out my work; they were courteous, considerate and immediately put protective floor covering in all areas they would be working in. They asked for answers to some straightforward questions and then got on with the job in hand. I didn’t have any other contact with them (other than providing refreshments) until their work was finished and they were ready to show me how the system worked. They had arrived at 08.30 and the whole thing was completed by mid-afternoon; they had cleared up completely and left the place immaculate. I can’t praise them and Tower Heating highly enough. It is no exaggeration to say that I can’t remember when I last had major work carried out so efficiently, speedily and pleasantly. I chose Tower Heating because they are Which? Trusted Traders and they certainly didn’t disappoint. I just wish there were more trades available under the scheme, which is invaluable.

I had a terrible boiler installation from another company advertising themselves as 'Experts in Heating & Plumbing'. The work was so substandard I asked Tower Heating to completely redo the entire installation. I'm extremely pleased with the result and Tower Heating could not have been more helpful and responsive. The work is first rate and the guys who did the reinstall are a credit to their organisation. I'm very grateful indeed. Highly recommended.

Steve and Ollie attended on time, were courteous and friendly and completed the work in a thorough and efficient manner, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. The appliances now work perfectly.

The whole Tower team have been polite, approachable and efficient providing an excellent seamless service. Ollie, who fitted my replacement boiler, did a brilliant job. He was professional and personable and kept me fully informed throughout the day. He answered all my questions and worked conscientiously and tidily. I'm delighted with the service and my new boiler! I contacted Tower Heating on Monday as our heating system has been playing up since we moved in last year and on Monday we woke up to no hot water. I advised that we had Tado. Julie organised for an engineer to call on Tuesday, the earliest time they had. I was sent an email confirmation and then a text message when Keith was on his way. Keith wasn’t sure what was happening with my system but showed me a shortcut to get hot water. He then arranged to visit today and has fixed the many problems we’ve been having. Service from start to finish has been excellent with confirmation emails sent along with text messages to confirm he was on his way. Keith took time to listen to my concerns and has explained what he has done.

Last week we had a combi boiler fitted, this included the removal of the water tank from the loft, the water cylinder from the airing cupboard and a full flush out of the radiators. Nigel and Ollie were very friendly and helpful. They worked really hard and were very conscientious whilst carrying out their work. They left the house spotless every night before leaving. The job was completed on time. I would highly recommend them. Thank you

From the initial survey through to the installation of a new central heating system, I cannot recommend Tower Heating highly enough. After we lost our hot water, Keith from Tower came out within 2 hours and got the boiler working in minutes. Really good service , efficient and really sympathetic to our needs. Great work

Phil came along to service our gas boiler. He was very friendly, polite and professional and did a fantastic job, even fixing the broken cover. Would recommend this engineer and company to all.

Can’t fault Tower Heating. My existing service company needed to cancel my annual service appointment (twice) due to availability of LPG specialist. Problem was, I also had a small leak. I couldn’t wait any longer so I rang Tower Heating and scheduled the service immediately, at a time convenient for me (22 April), and they were ultra friendly and helpful. Service was completed by the lovely Keith, who was friendly, punctual, and gave me some great advice. He assessed the leak (minor) and advised how much it would cost for replacing the part. Keith returned today (1 May), again on time (with a text to let me know eta), and the cost was reasonable considering 2 parts needed to be replaced. He showed me the defective parts after removal as well. I have signed up for their annual service plan, paying monthly (only £10), which covers the cost of my annual service and 10% off parts, which I think is very reasonable. I recommend them 100%.

This company installed my boiler three years ago and have maintained it since. I have found Tower Heating to be a first class company, courteous, prompt, efficient, excellent in every way and would give my highest recommendation.

Central heating system required a powerflush and new pump. Ollie arrived when expected and carried out the work with a minimum of disruption. He had a friendly manner and took care to keep me informed of the process and issues.

Steve was the engineer who did our service on the boiler and gas fire,he was very efficient and clean doing his work and hardly disturbed our daily life.

Had Ollie call today to install new radiator, he was polite, friendly and explained all that he would do. An efficient young man who was so polite and obliging and could not do enough for us. He hit a problem with the pipes but did not give up until he had it sorted and back in place for us. An excellent service from an excellent team, from reception to planning and work carried out. We also had service and smaller jobs carried out by Steve and Ben who were also efficient and friendly, also Josh, the young apprentice who helped Ollie was a polite young man. Top marks to Tower heating on their training of staff and quality of staff.
