Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.
Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.
We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.
We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.

In today's world it is unusual to come across a company that operates on, sadly, old world values, of professional values, of high quality workmanship and courtesy. We have used Tower Heating on two separate occasions and found them each time to be exemplary in all aspects of work undertaken for us. Communication on what work has to be done and then resolving the issue completely. I have no hesitation to recommend Tower Heating to any prospective person who has an issue with central heating systems or general plumbing.

Thoroughly impressed with professionalism throughout, from the quote right through to completion. Clear itemised quote, good explanation of work involved, no hard-sell, accurate estimation of time needed to complete (3.5 days as predicted). James and Chase were quiet as they worked, tidied up really well at the end of each day, and they were neat and careful as they moved pipes. They were respectful of Covid-19 rules. There were a couple of problems along the way, but these were responded to as soon as was possible and they did not affect our view of the work completed. Thank you, highly recommended.

When my old gas boiler started playing up and becoming unreliable, I sought a quotation for its replacement from Tower Heating, a company I have relied on for many years. A thorough and professional quotation was received which satisfied my needs and I, therefore, accepted the same, having then agreed a start date. The work started at the appointed time, all working areas were suitably protected with dust sheets by the installers, who were courteous and respectful and carried out the installation professionally with a minimum of disruption. At the end of each day they left the working areas very clean and tidy. The recommended boiler is working well and I can relax in the knowledge of continuous heating and hot water. I have no hesitation in recommending Tower Heating, from my first phone call to them to finally paying the bill I have dealt with professional and friendly staff.

We had a new boiler installed recently. The team at Tower Heating excelled in every way. Communication, knowledge and competence were outstanding. The receptionist was very friendly, confident and efficient. Stuart explained all the options together with the pros and cons. We did not feel under pressure at any time. Hard copies of what we spoke about were posted and received within a couple of days. Nigel, an excellent engineer, and his apprentice Ben were hardworking, polite and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very thorough and carried out the work professionally. The after-sales service was brilliant. Steve resolved what we thought was a fault in minutes. We thoroughly recommend Tower Heating Ltd.

Excellent job. Done on time and price quote very competitive, efficient and professional. No mess or drama. Engineers very skilled - including remedial plastering and external brickwork to remove old 70’s flue vent housing. Very tidy installation in an awkward corner of our kitchen. I highly recommend this firm, especially our two engineers Nigel & Ollie.

I called Tower on Tuesday and explained the problem and also explained the urgency as I was going on holiday on Friday. The engineer Phil came out to assess and quote on Wednesday morning then after accepting the quote arranged to return Thursday to complete the work. Arrived on time and completed the work without any fuss within a couple of hours and even added an external replacement not originally quoted for. Great work.

We used Tower Heating as they were recommended to us. The call out engineer arrived quickly and was very helpful. We decided to replace the boilers and Greg came out to suggest the most suitable system. Within a few days Nigel and Ollie arrived and started to install the new boiler. They turned up on time each day and worked really hard, answering any questions we had. They were super efficient and knowledgeable and made sure the area was left tidy each day. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for heating services as they were excellent from start to finish.

Had my annual boiler service with Tower Heating. It is always well organised and the office staff send you prompt information in the lead up to the appointment and a completion certificate immediately afterwards. Phil and Steve arrived within the time window. They were polite, professional and didn't rush to complete the service and they did a thorough job. At the end of the visit I was shown ipad screenshot of the work they had completed. I would definitely recommend using Tower Heating
