Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.
Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.
We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.
We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.

Last week we had a combi boiler fitted, this included the removal of the water tank from the loft, the water cylinder from the airing cupboard and a full flush out of the radiators. Nigel and Ollie were very friendly and helpful. They worked really hard and were very conscientious whilst carrying out their work. They left the house spotless every night before leaving. The job was completed on time. I would highly recommend them. Thank you

The whole Tower team have been polite, approachable and efficient providing an excellent seamless service. Ollie, who fitted my replacement boiler, did a brilliant job. He was professional and personable and kept me fully informed throughout the day. He answered all my questions and worked conscientiously and tidily. I'm delighted with the service and my new boiler! We used Tower Heating as they were recommended to us. The call out engineer arrived quickly and was very helpful. We decided to replace the boilers and Greg came out to suggest the most suitable system. Within a few days Nigel and Ollie arrived and started to install the new boiler. They turned up on time each day and worked really hard, answering any questions we had. They were super efficient and knowledgeable and made sure the area was left tidy each day. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for heating services as they were excellent from start to finish.

After a thorough review of the house with Greg we were offered a number of options for a new central heating system. The installation was highly professional and both Kieran and Ollie were a pleasure to have at the house. The Tower Engineer, Keith arrived promptly on time. As this was his 3rd visit to service our boiler & 2 gas fires we knew what to expect. His work was thorough & he worked around us (working at home). He kept us informed of what he was doing and cleaned up as he went along. We would recommend Keith & Tower as they gave a great service & communications was excellent with all those we dealt with at Tower Highly Recommended

I contacted Tower Heating on Monday as our heating system has been playing up since we moved in last year and on Monday we woke up to no hot water. I advised that we had Tado. Julie organised for an engineer to call on Tuesday, the earliest time they had. I was sent an email confirmation and then a text message when Keith was on his way. Keith wasn’t sure what was happening with my system but showed me a shortcut to get hot water. He then arranged to visit today and has fixed the many problems we’ve been having. Service from start to finish has been excellent with confirmation emails sent along with text messages to confirm he was on his way. Keith took time to listen to my concerns and has explained what he has done.

We recently had a new Worcester boiler fitted by Tower Heating at a very competitive price. Leanne on reception was very friendly and helpful. Steve who carried out the survey was professional and knowledgeable. Ben our engineer was absolutely brilliant as he was very personable, polite professional and patient carefully explaining the process of fitting the boiler and how to operate it. He arrived on time and left no mess when the work was completed. He is a credit to the company.

From the initial meeting with Greg, to get an estimate, to the full installation of my new boiler by Ben, the service from Tower Heating has been excellent. These people are professional and customer centric. First of all they go the extra mile to make sure you are getting what you need, that the price is fair, and if - heaven forbid - something did go wrong, then they are there to sort it out. You couldn’t really ask for more. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them to family and friends.

Tower Heating installed a new boiler and replaced a bathroom radiator. Kieran and Ben did the work over 3 days and on time. They communicated brilliantly and kept me informed on the schedule for the work. I was a little concerned as we had installed a new glass panelled staircase right next to the airing cupboard where the boiler is. I had no cause to worry as they work cleanly. A new carpet installed in December is still spotless. They trained me on the operational aspects of the boiler communicating superbly. Overall a very slick 3 days work. The 2 young men are a credit to themselves and Tower Heating.

I called Tower on Tuesday and explained the problem and also explained the urgency as I was going on holiday on Friday. The engineer Phil came out to assess and quote on Wednesday morning then after accepting the quote arranged to return Thursday to complete the work. Arrived on time and completed the work without any fuss within a couple of hours and even added an external replacement not originally quoted for. Great work.

I had a terrible boiler installation from another company advertising themselves as 'Experts in Heating & Plumbing'. The work was so substandard I asked Tower Heating to completely redo the entire installation. I'm extremely pleased with the result and Tower Heating could not have been more helpful and responsive. The work is first rate and the guys who did the reinstall are a credit to their organisation. I'm very grateful indeed. Highly recommended.

Tower replaced an old back boiler system for me with a modern combi boiler and installed an additional radiator.
