Tower Heating attended promptly and when they said they would. Greg, Chris, George and Keith were all very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Greg initially explained our options at length and provided us with quotes for placing our new boiler in 2 different places. During the actual work, they discussed options re the siting of pipework and filters etc with us rather than just go ahead themselves. Chris’s new pipework in our garage was extremely neat and tidy and they managed to get replacement house bricks nearly identical to ours to make good where the old flue had been. Chris’s bricklaying skills were superlative and it is now difficult to see where the new patch is. George worked tirelessly in our very hot loft (during a heatwave) and Keith discussed options re the siting of our new stat/controller with us and fully informed me which of the old electrical controllers were disconnected and safe to remove when we decorate. They took all the waste away and cleaned up after themselves regularly, even refusing to let me help by brushing the side passage myself. All in all, we were very impressed by the service provided by Tower Heating. It was probably the most pleasant instance of having workmen in our house that we have ever experienced and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again ourselves.

Just had George and Tom install a new Worcester Boiler for our house. They were both punctual, polite, courteous, quiet and tidy. After the installation was complete George explained everything about it and gave me all the information I needed and told me about the Guarantee and yearly maintenance etc. They were both very professional and I would recommend Tower Heating to anyone.

There are few times when you have work undertaken at home, and you are 100% satisfied. We have used Tower Heating numerous times over nearly 30 years, and haven’t been disappointed yet. New pressurised hot water system recently installed, which was delivered on time with workman ship of the highest standard. We have never hesitated to recommend Neil and his team to our friends and family, and will continue to do so. They do drink a lot of tea, though!

Steve serviced the boiler and 2 fires and mended 2 leaking pipes under the sinks. All completed in less time than I expected. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Steve arrived on time, was efficient, competent and friendly. Job was reasonably priced. I would recommend to all.

Had an out-the-blue late night failure of our hot water and central heating system in the depths of winter. Rang Tower heating at 8.45am the next day and had the call immediately answered, with them pulling out all the stops to have Greg come conduct a survey and estimate on his way home from his usual workload that evening. Within a day, the new boiler was sourced and at every stage Tower Heating were able to exceed their promises with them juggling their schedules to get our heating and hot water up and running as fast as possible. Gordon and Tom B kept us up-to-date with their arrival and plans, showed up exactly when promised and had our system working a day earlier than expected. They explained everything they were doing to the house, worked quietly and were diligent with COVID practices and also managed to troubleshoot and solve other issues we had with our water and heating, that they fixed with no extra charge, one of which brought us great relief to finally have a working stopcock in the house! Gordon and Kieran came the day after they got us up and running to perform some finishing touches and set up our smart system, and their work was spot on and handled in a manner that exuded pride in what they were doing. At all times we felt confident and secure that we had some professionals doing things right. A big thank you, your help was much appreciated!

The heating engineer allocated to the job worked diligently from start to finish, ably assisted by an enthusiastic senior apprentice. Throughout the six days of work I was kept fully informed about progress being made and consulted whenever a decision needed to be made, for example, the exact positions of additional radiators. I'm also a tradesman and was fully appreciative of skill and expertise on show, and the pride in the job - including treating our home with utmost respect. This was an extensive and challenging domestic project requiring very significant investment. I consider what we received to be good value for money and I'm glad we chose such a reputable company with a highly impressive track record.

Within an hour of our phone call, the boiler fault had been diagnosed and a temporary fix made giving us hot water and heating again. The permanent solution was completed a couple of days later, together with a couple of other improvements to keep us on the straight and narrow. Gordon told us exactly what he needed to do and took all the steps necessary to keep our carpets clean - a big issue for us! Great job and well done. We would certainly recommend Tower Heating to others - prompt, professional, considerate service with a smile.

Gordon Davies and Tom Bonner fitted my new boiler and two radiators. They were very friendly and kept me informed of all ongoing work. I was expecting a lot of cleaning up afterwards but everything was left clean and tidy. I'm delighted with my new boiler and radiators. I'd been recommended Tower Heating by a friend and very pleased that I went with them.
