Excellent workers and very tidy Always on time and the work was done just as we wanted couldn't of asked for more. Everything went smoothly i would recommend this company to everyone especially James & Chalse.

We had a new Bosch Worcester boiler and filter installed along with a new heated towel rail by Gordon. The work was completed by Gordon quickly and without fuss. It was clear to us that Gordon is a skilled and knwoledgable professional. We were consulted on the installation and Gordon observed the social distancing required when in the house. Gordon was very professional and respectful at all times. We would use Tower Heating again.

A totally professional, efficient and friendly experience from initial phone inquiry to inspection visit to work completion. Keith arrived spot on time, was kind, approachable and explained everything in a meaningful and helpful manner. The original estimate was even reduced as the time taken to complete the job was less than anticipated. How often does that happen?! Our central heating fault was diagnosed within minutes of the engineer arriving. He was able to sort out the problem including replacing a part in little more than an hour. He was friendly, considerate, efficient and a very tidy worker. This is why we’ve used Tower Heating for the last twenty years or more - they are simply the best and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

All aspects of the work undertaken by Tower Heating has been outstanding. From the initial boiler service with Steve who quickly identified the issue & talked us through our options, Leanne in the office answering questions & booking the install & Steve & Ben the install team. They all inspired confidence. On installation day Steve & Ben were helpful, respectful of our property, very tidy (you wouldn't know we'd had a new boiler) so we felt in safe hands. Prior to having a new kitchen fitted we thought it wise to have a new boiler installed. We chose Tower Heating because of the sheer volume of excellent reviews and could not be happier. Every aspect of the experience has been faultless, from booking an initial appointment with Leanne to survey by Greg and the completed boiler installation by engineers, Nigel and Ben. Leanne and Clare (in the office) have been a pleasure to deal with, swiftly answering any queries. During survey Greg recommended a boiler which he considered to be more suitable for the household and did not try to upsell a larger model. Greg also followed through by visiting on the final day. Installation engineer Nigel kept me fully informed throughout and when two hidden issues arose I felt as though the engineers would resolve them and they did, causing minimal disruption to the other rooms where they needed to lift floorboards. Nigel and Ben worked extremely hard and I cannot praise them enough, they were extremely considerate at all times and most importantly inspired confidence ensuring a stress-free installation. Thank you both. We now have a new boiler with the unexpected bonus of much neater pipe-work, in anticipation of our new kitchen. Tower is a company you can trust and we know that we made the right choice. We will entrust them with all future work.

Nigel and Ollie attended for a fault that turned out to be due to adverse weather - they pulled the sludge out the drain which they never had to so above and beyond. Thanks guys. Highly recommend - very professional company

After a thorough review of the house with Greg we were offered a number of options for a new central heating system. Tower Heating supplied and fitted 2 new gas boilers last week. All work done has been carried out in a professional and timely manner. Response from the administration team (Leanne) was excellent and the initial quote and inspection (Greg) was straightforward and easy to follow. Special thanks to the installation engineers (Ben and Ollie) who completed the job on time and on budget. They left everything clean and tidy afterwards and explained everything well on handover.

Installation of new Indirect Unvented hot water tank to ground floor, whilst decommissioning existing in the loft. A very professional company across the business, polite and helpful staff, qualified and competent, customer orientated, showing empathy with customers requirements and property, competitively priced technical solutions. These traits were identified during visits of the Director Greg Tomlinson, who visited to specify the task, even offering a choice of two solutions, whilst answering a bucket full of questions that I raised, without hesitation. This pattern of dedication was later repeated by the visit of Senior Installation Engineer, Nigel Littler assisted by Trainee Engineer Ollie Murphy, during the three-day installation, with not even a finger mark on any of the numerous white walls, despite operating between loft and ground floor. Happy Days.
