All aspects of the work undertaken by Tower Heating has been outstanding. From the initial boiler service with Steve who quickly identified the issue & talked us through our options, Leanne in the office answering questions & booking the install & Steve & Ben the install team. They all inspired confidence. On installation day Steve & Ben were helpful, respectful of our property, very tidy (you wouldn't know we'd had a new boiler) so we felt in safe hands. Thanks to everyone involved.

I can’t fault any aspect of my dealings with Tower Heating from their initial inspection, quotation and then installation of my new Worcester Bosch CH Boiler. They confirm all appointments, turn up on time and fulfil all the promises that accompany their quotation…and more! Nigel and Olly were the engineers carrying out my work; they were courteous, considerate and immediately put protective floor covering in all areas they would be working in. They asked for answers to some straightforward questions and then got on with the job in hand. I didn’t have any other contact with them (other than providing refreshments) until their work was finished and they were ready to show me how the system worked. They had arrived at 08.30 and the whole thing was completed by mid-afternoon; they had cleared up completely and left the place immaculate. I can’t praise them and Tower Heating highly enough. It is no exaggeration to say that I can’t remember when I last had major work carried out so efficiently, speedily and pleasantly. I chose Tower Heating because they are Which? Trusted Traders and they certainly didn’t disappoint. I just wish there were more trades available under the scheme, which is invaluable.

Excellent service, from initial contact to fitting- including a really quick response when the old boiler failed. Very flexible in moving the installation date forward as well.

Prior to having a new kitchen fitted we thought it wise to have a new boiler installed. We chose Tower Heating because of the sheer volume of excellent reviews and could not be happier. Every aspect of the experience has been faultless, from booking an initial appointment with Leanne to survey by Greg and the completed boiler installation by engineers, Nigel and Ben. Leanne and Clare (in the office) have been a pleasure to deal with, swiftly answering any queries. During survey Greg recommended a boiler which he considered to be more suitable for the household and did not try to upsell a larger model. Greg also followed through by visiting on the final day. Installation engineer Nigel kept me fully informed throughout and when two hidden issues arose I felt as though the engineers would resolve them and they did, causing minimal disruption to the other rooms where they needed to lift floorboards. Nigel and Ben worked extremely hard and I cannot praise them enough, they were extremely considerate at all times and most importantly inspired confidence ensuring a stress-free installation. Thank you both. We now have a new boiler with the unexpected bonus of much neater pipe-work, in anticipation of our new kitchen. Tower is a company you can trust and we know that we made the right choice. We will entrust them with all future work.

Our central heating fault was diagnosed within minutes of the engineer arriving. He was able to sort out the problem including replacing a part in little more than an hour. He was friendly, considerate, efficient and a very tidy worker. This is why we’ve used Tower Heating for the last twenty years or more - they are simply the best and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Nigel Littler and Harvey spent three days installing a new boiler. They were totally professional and very friendly and helpful during the installation work and completed the project on time and to a very high standard. Tower Heating were recommended to me by a neighbour and I would have no reservations in also recommending them. Excellent job. Done on time and price quote very competitive, efficient and professional. No mess or drama. Engineers very skilled - including remedial plastering and external brickwork to remove old 70’s flue vent housing. Very tidy installation in an awkward corner of our kitchen. I highly recommend this firm, especially our two engineers Nigel & Ollie.

Tower heating installed our 3 boilers but not our 2 gas fires. Their service engineers are very experienced and familiar with our house. The service was very professional and the engineers are always very polite and informative. Excellent company and I would strongly recommend anyone to use them

Keith serviced our boiler boiler and fire a couple of weeks ago, and today we had him back to replace bathroom taps. Everything done with well-trained efficiency, and politeness. Clearly a company that believes in doing a quality job, and they arrive when they say they will. Recommended.

Never so glad to see these guys. 5 days of no heat or hot water. Explained I'm disabled and pensioner and visit arranged quickly to suit me. Arrived early, soon diagnosed problem. They were very friendly, efficient and quick. Boiler fixed and serviced in no time, now I'm warm. Great job Keith and Harvey. Will definitely use Tower again, I was surprised how reasonably priced. Two engineers (Dan and Tom) from Tower Heating did a great job fitting my boiler. They came on time, worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up after they went. They showed me how to use my boiler and made sure I was happy before they left. Tower Heating as a whole have been a straight forward and helpful company to deal with. I can recommend.

Another expert job done to repair my old gas boiler. The guys at Tower Heating are always brilliant and really helpful, and Steve L is especially knowledgeable and competent as well as being really friendly. I can’t recommend Steve L or Tower Heating enough, I’ve used them for the past 7 years and know I can always rely on them to get things sorted quickly and make sure I’ve got a working boiler. New Worcester boiler. Very professional service from start to finish. Exceptionally tidy work clearing all the untidy pipe work and replacing. All looks and works great. Tidied everything up afterwards as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

From start to finish this company we're professional ,Stuart came round to do a survey and gave us options and we arranged to have a new boiler fitted. The job was completed by Tom and Ben who were both professional, clean and tidy workers I hardly knew they were there. They solved radiator problems which have plagued our system for years. I can thoroughly recommend Tower Heating they employ good considerate, knowledgeable workers and I have to say have been a pleasure to deal with. Tower Heating came out to us on 22/12. (We were fed up waiting for British Gas.) They diagnosed to problem and returned at 8.15am in 28/12 - the first available opportunity - to repair our 17 year old boiler. Greg, the Director came out as agreed to quote for a new boiler on 24/1/23. We received a detailed quote on 27/1/23 and were offered a start date of 7/2/23, finishing on 8/2/23. The engineers Tom and Ben were punctual, courteous, efficient and professional. They worked hard and left the house as they found it. They explained what they had done and why. The new boiler was functional at the end of 7/2, and 8/2/23 was mainly a power flush to clean our system, which had not been cleaned for at least 10 years. I was instructed how to use Google Nest and Home. We were pleased to use Tower Heating as they were thoroughly courteous, efficient and professional at every stage of the process. We weren’t asked to pay a penny until the job was complete. We’re delighted with their work - it was a pleasure to deal with them. They deserve every success.
