Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.
Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.
We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.
We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.
We have an FCA Licence so are able to offer the following Novuna finance options for new boiler purchases:

First rate service from the initial visit by Neil to the installation by Gordon, Kieran and electrician Keith. The price was exactly as quoted and the job was completed earlier than expected. Excellent customer service throughout from the whole team but special thanks to Gordon and Kieran who were excellent and left everywhere spotless.

Our central heating failed overnight Thursday/Friday. Tower Heating came out on the Friday. Offered to come on Monday to look more closely or give an estimate (but we were out on Monday). Came on Tuesday & did the job on Wednesday & Thursday. The employee who did the work was very pleasant, worked hard, was punctual & left everything tidy. 'The boss' called round on both days to make sure everything was well done.

Steve serviced the boiler and 2 fires and mended 2 leaking pipes under the sinks. All completed in less time than I expected. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Steve arrived on time, was efficient, competent and friendly. Job was reasonably priced. I would recommend to all.

As our old boiler developed a number of problems, Tower Heating were very responsive in providing out of hours service to keep it functioning. Having decided to replace our old boiler, Tower Heating gave us sound advice on the choices available and the best option for us. Greg then arranged a fitting date within a week. George H fitted the boiler very professionally as usual, very polite and friendly service.

Gordon and Tom were very professional great work as a team fitted two large radiators after extensive redecoration had been carried out and they were very careful not to mark the new decor in any way they were very personable and informed all the time what they were doing Gordon was very knowledgeable and I was confident they would do a good job which they did and tidied up well afterwards arrived on time I would highly recommend them and tower heating especially as I have a Worcester boiler.

The pipe work, both plastic and copper was first class with excellent supporting clips and brackets. After the pipework, the kitchen and utility toom was done, were swept, leaving the job clean and tidy. Thank you very much.

A problem toilet (poor flush) & dripping tap were becoming major issues for my elderly parents. Efficient, helpful and patient in dealing with older customers who needed a little more time to understand what work was needed. All work subsequently fixed at a very reasonable cost. In today's world it is unusual to come across a company that operates on, sadly, old world values, of professional values, of high quality workmanship and courtesy. We have used Tower Heating on two separate occasions and found them each time to be exemplary in all aspects of work undertaken for us.
