Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.
Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.
We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.
We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.
We have an FCA Licence so are able to offer the following Novuna finance options for new boiler purchases:

We were looking to update our old central heating by putting in a new boiler and adding a few radiators. Everything was explained to us about the design. We got a date for the work to be done and then James and George, the engineers came. Everything went to plan and we were consulted throughout the process. We are delighted with the results! Everything about our relationship with Tower has been exemplary. Neil and Greg spent time with us and explained everything about our installation in clear and friendly, non-pressured terms. Installers James and Tom, took care to protect our floor areas, were as inconspicuous as possible, polite and knowledgeable. They left us completely satisfied with the installation, they'll be welcome in our house again.

Had my ageing boiler replaced with a much recommended Worcester Bosch about 2 weeks ago James turned up at exactly the time he said he would and was really friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do and answered all my questions . From that moment on he treated my house with the utmost respect . Chaise joined him on the second day and the job was finished in the two days as quoted . The standard of work is absolutely first class and I don't say this lightly . I fully recommend Tower heating 5 star company ....Thanks again James & Chaise

One fitter and apprentice replaced our ageing boiler. They arrived on time and undertook the work with thorough professionalism. Their work was clean and neat and they were both pleasant and helpful. The job was completed within the estimated time. The Bosch Easy Control system did not have easy instructions for programming but our fitter went the extra mile (or two) to make sure that we (and he) thoroughly understood it. This was a completely satisfactory experience. Thoroughly recommended

Very good booking process. Lee arrived dead on time, fully masked up and fully aware of social distancing. Our boiler is in the garage and he didn't come in the house which was welcome at these COVID times. Paid him with a cheque so I don't need to do anything else. The place was spotless after he had finished. I have used Tower heating last year after cancelling a well known gas service plan and very pleased with the way this has worked out. If your looking for a local high quality and friendly heating firm look no further.

Tower Heating fitted a new boiler and from start to finish, the service provided was faultless. We had the work done during Covid-19 but George went out of his way to minimise the impact on the household and practised social distancing and other safety measures at all times, as well as doing an excellent job on replacing the boiler! George worked tidily, knew the answers to every question and nothing was too much trouble. Tower Heating have done work for us previously and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - the whole team are friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable.

Following a consultation and a formal quote, Tower Heating supplied and fitted a new boiler, completely re-piped the heating system (ground and first floor) and installed a full set of new radiators. The end result is a loft devoid of pipes, water tanks and hot water cylinder, replaced by a system housed on the ground floor system - brilliant ! Tower Heating were thoroughly professional in all aspects of the project and our installers James and Chase were diligent, conscientious and friendly and made sure we were comfortable while the work were progressing. The house has been transformed to a warm and cosy place with a modern and efficient central heating and hot water system which will undoubtedly reduce our energy costs over the long term, so a big thanks to the team at Tower Heating !
