Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.
Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.
We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.
We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.

Just had George and Tom install a new Worcester Boiler for our house. They were both punctual, polite, courteous, quiet and tidy. After the installation was complete George explained everything about it and gave me all the information I needed and told me about the Guarantee and yearly maintenance etc. They were both very professional and I would recommend Tower Heating to anyone.

George & Tom arrived bright and early with big smiles on their faces. Work was quietly and efficiently carried out by both on the first day and then later by George on his own. Can't fault either of them. They were polite, considerate and pleasant and the house was left spotless. The new boiler is top notch. House is nice and warm and there is no end of hot water. That, together with two nice pleasant lads who worked hard to achieve perfection. What more could you ask for? I would have no hesitation in recommending Tower Heating.

There are few times when you have work undertaken at home, and you are 100% satisfied. We have used Tower Heating numerous times over nearly 30 years, and haven’t been disappointed yet. New pressurised hot water system recently installed, which was delivered on time with workman ship of the highest standard. We have never hesitated to recommend Neil and his team to our friends and family, and will continue to do so. They do drink a lot of tea, though!

Everything about our relationship with Tower has been exemplary. Neil and Greg spent time with us and explained everything about our installation in clear and friendly, non-pressured terms. One fitter and apprentice replaced our ageing boiler. They arrived on time and undertook the work with thorough professionalism. Their work was clean and neat and they were both pleasant and helpful. The job was completed within the estimated time. The Bosch Easy Control system did not have easy instructions for programming but our fitter went the extra mile (or two) to make sure that we (and he) thoroughly understood it. This was a completely satisfactory experience. Thoroughly recommended

Couldn't fault the level of support and service we received from Tower Heating. Made light was a very difficult installation - replacing an old 50 year boiler (cast iron) that was housed in the cellar with steel pipework. James and his able assistant did a fantastic job, no fuss, very tidy and couldn't do enough for us! Would have no hesitation in recommending Greg and his team. Great job - thank you.

Had my ageing boiler replaced with a much recommended Worcester Bosch about 2 weeks ago James turned up at exactly the time he said he would and was really friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do and answered all my questions . From that moment on he treated my house with the utmost respect . Chaise joined him on the second day and the job was finished in the two days as quoted . The standard of work is absolutely first class and I don't say this lightly . I fully recommend Tower heating 5 star company ....Thanks again James & Chaise

Gordon Davies and Tom Bonner fitted my new boiler and two radiators. They were very friendly and kept me informed of all ongoing work. Tower fitted a new combi boiler to replace a 12 year old boiler that had a cylinder tank. They planned well, were on time for the full 3 days of installation and communicated well. They were very clean & tidy in their work. We had used Tower to replace our heating system in our previous address and my son also had them do the same in his house in Formby. A top firm. Thanks to Gordon Davis with Tom Banner, Tom Shaw & Gregg Tomlinson for their prompt action. Can recommend.

Within an hour of our phone call, the boiler fault had been diagnosed and a temporary fix made giving us hot water and heating again. The permanent solution was completed a couple of days later, together with a couple of other improvements to keep us on the straight and narrow. Gordon told us exactly what he needed to do and took all the steps necessary to keep our carpets clean - a big issue for us! Great job and well done. We would certainly recommend Tower Heating to others - prompt, professional, considerate service with a smile.
