Gordon and Tom were very professional great work as a team fitted two large radiators after extensive redecoration had been carried out and they were very careful not to mark the new decor in any way they were very personable and informed all the time what they were doing Gordon was very knowledgeable and I was confident they would do a good job which they did and tidied up well afterwards arrived on time I would highly recommend them and tower heating especially as I have a Worcester boiler.

Tower Heating replaced our old regular boiler with a new 40 kw Worcester Combi. 12 old radiators were replaced with new and 3 other new installed. Old boiler and pipework, cylinder, loft tanks removed, new pipework including long pipe through walls under boards etc from gas meter to new boiler. All new radiators except two were of a different size, and were fitted with new straight pipes up from under floorboards, no elbows, extensions etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent advice given during our initial meeting, and then the work was carried out as planned, on time and to a high standard. The price represented fair value for the job. I have been a Which member for some 40 years and I have no hesitation in recommending Tower Heating as a Trusted Trader. I have also left a review on Google.

Lee checked radiator thermostat, checked a thermostatic radiator, added inhibitor to loft tank, used his safety ladder, and tackled the job cheerfully and speedily, then enlightened me on the work carried out plus a verbal review of the performance of our system. Excellent as always. We look forward to our autumn annual service by Lee.

The two plumbers arrived ten minutes early and had completed the job very quickly and efficiently within the hour. They advised me as they were working of any problems, one being the tap had been siliconed on which they were able to resolve. Very happy with the service, price was as had been quoted. Will use them again.

We were extremely impressed with the helpful advice given, the work carried out and the professionalism of all concerned. The service given was punctual and efficient and caused us minimal disruption for what was a big job! Gordon and Tom Bonner were a pleasure to have in the house and did a thorough job of clearing up after themselves.

For the past few years my central heating boiler had become unreliable and the installation of a new boiler was necessary. As I was going from a free standing boiler to a new combi boiler I was very apprehensive about all the work involved. I read the good reviews about Tower Heating, based in Formby, Merseyside and decided to contact the family run Company. Neil, the owner, arrived at the appointed time, checked, explained thoroughly all the details of the work involved with the repositioning of the new boiler. The comprehensive, professional estimate arrived when Neil said it would. I accepted the estimate, the staff in the office rang with the date of work to be carried out and kept me informed. The engineers, Chaise and Kieran, arrived on time on the date specified, were very polite, wore their protective face coverings, lay down dust sheets and immediately started the work. It was a three-day job, as expected. From start to finish the work was carried out totally professionally. Neil called in to ensure everything was going to plan. I now have a great new boiler, lovely heating and hot water with the confidence of great aftercare. So a huge thank you to all the staff at Tower Heating. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this Company and just wish all Companies could be the same.

We decided to upgrade our heating system and after previous excellent service for minor repairs from Tower Heating asked them for a review and quote. Following a thorough assessment by Greg, our new system has now been installed and is running well. We were very impressed by the hard work of Steve and Tom who efficiently and very neatly replaced our aged boiler and heating system. I would again highly recommend Tower Heating and will certainly be asking them to service our heating system over the coming years.

I wanted to replace old-style radiators with new Avoca ones. Greg did a survey and quoted me a great price. Work was completed by Nigel and Stuart on 27/9/21. These guys are true professionals. They arrived when they said they would, kept me informed of their progress throughout the day and did an unbelievably excellent job. They were respectful of myself and my home. We've used Tower Heating a few times now and always been pleased with the services they provided. The date of this years annual service had been altered twice by the company at short notice, due to unforseen circumstances, including an Engineer becoming ill. We were called and informed of the problems and the new dates were agreed. The inconvenience of the changing dates however was mitigated by the Company keeping us informed of the situation and not just "not turning up" on the day, which sadly many Tradepeople often do. Today the Engineer and an Apprentice arrived on time and as expected, they carried out a service of our Boiler and Fire. They sorted out a problem with a radiator not heating up fully, and also sorted the fire remote which was not working (new batteries in the fire was the problem). The Engineer gave us a full report on the boilers condition, he explained and highlighted potential issues and gave us options and likely costings for its replacement in the future. This information was very helpful as knowing this will allow us to plan and budget for this job to be carried out in due course. All work was done efficiently and cleanly and we would thoroughly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a quality Heating and Plumbing firm.

Tower Heating recently installed a new Bosch boiler and thermostat in our house. The service from the initial enquiry with Stuart and the team at the office was prompt and professional. Tom on the installation team was on time, very clean/tidy, polite and persevered to fix a piping issue from the original system that was causing an error. A delightful service received from start to finish at a competitive price. Highly recommend.

Excellent engineers, fitted my new boiler with no fuss, helpful office staff, working practices second to none, very respectful and left my home cosy and tidy.

From start to finish this company we're professional ,Stuart came round to do a survey and gave us options and we arranged to have a new boiler fitted. The job was completed by Tom and Ben who were both professional, clean and tidy workers I hardly knew they were there. They solved radiator problems which have plagued our system for years.
