Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.
Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.
We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.
We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.

One fitter and apprentice replaced our ageing boiler. They arrived on time and undertook the work with thorough professionalism. Their work was clean and neat and they were both pleasant and helpful. The job was completed within the estimated time. The Bosch Easy Control system did not have easy instructions for programming but our fitter went the extra mile (or two) to make sure that we (and he) thoroughly understood it. This was a completely satisfactory experience. Thoroughly recommended

Couldn't fault the level of support and service we received from Tower Heating. Made light was a very difficult installation - replacing an old 50 year boiler (cast iron) that was housed in the cellar with steel pipework. James and his able assistant did a fantastic job, no fuss, very tidy and couldn't do enough for us! Would have no hesitation in recommending Greg and his team. Great job - thank you.

Had my ageing boiler replaced with a much recommended Worcester Bosch about 2 weeks ago James turned up at exactly the time he said he would and was really friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do and answered all my questions . From that moment on he treated my house with the utmost respect . Chaise joined him on the second day and the job was finished in the two days as quoted . The standard of work is absolutely first class and I don't say this lightly . I fully recommend Tower heating 5 star company ....Thanks again James & Chaise

Gordon Davies and Tom Bonner fitted my new boiler and two radiators. They were very friendly and kept me informed of all ongoing work. Tower fitted a new combi boiler to replace a 12 year old boiler that had a cylinder tank. They planned well, were on time for the full 3 days of installation and communicated well. They were very clean & tidy in their work. We had used Tower to replace our heating system in our previous address and my son also had them do the same in his house in Formby. A top firm. Within an hour of our phone call, the boiler fault had been diagnosed and a temporary fix made giving us hot water and heating again. The permanent solution was completed a couple of days later, together with a couple of other improvements to keep us on the straight and narrow. Gordon told us exactly what he needed to do and took all the steps necessary to keep our carpets clean - a big issue for us! Great job and well done. We would certainly recommend Tower Heating to others - prompt, professional, considerate service with a smile.

The heating engineer allocated to the job worked diligently from start to finish, ably assisted by an enthusiastic senior apprentice. Throughout the six days of work I was kept fully informed about progress being made and consulted whenever a decision needed to be made, for example, the exact positions of additional radiators. I'm also a tradesman and was fully appreciative of skill and expertise on show, and the pride in the job - including treating our home with utmost respect. This was an extensive and challenging domestic project requiring very significant investment. I consider what we received to be good value for money and I'm glad we chose such a reputable company with a highly impressive track record.

We had a new central heating boiler installed. Greg did the preliminary visit to assess the work. All aspects of the visit were professional, from prompt arrival through to follow up with clear breakdown of prices. The engineers were hard working & especially cheerful. Gordon had great expertise and took a pride in his work. Even the trickiest aspects of fathoming out some previous awful pipework, didn't faze him. He worked efficiently with George H & Tom B and together they were a great team. Always happy & approachable.
