Tower Heating established in 1990, is a family-run, central heating and gas company operating in Formby and it's surrounding areas.
Our emergency line is open from 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year, making us the largest and most reliable, independant heating company in the region.
We pride ourselves on being second-to-none when it comes to our knowledge, workmanship, cleanliness and the friendliness of our team.
We aim to go beyond simply satisfying our customers and are proud of the relationships we have built over the years. As can be seen from our reviews, many of our customers welcome our team back into their homes with open arms.
We are a Worcester Bosch Accredited Partner. This means that we are now able to offer up to TWELVE years guarantee on boilers that we install.
We have an FCA Licence so are able to offer the following Novuna finance options for new boiler purchases:

Ollie was a very pleasant gentleman. He arrived on time having already forewarned me of his arrival by text. He parked up courteously and used covers on his shoes whenever he walked inside my property. He advised me of what the power flush work would entail and provided expected timescales. He kept me up to date throughout the job and showed me the water before the power flush and after the power flush. Ollie was very personable, professional and informative throughout. Very well mannered and respected my property at all times. I would thoroughly recommend Tower Heating based on my power flush job which Ollie carried out. Ollie also advised me how often a power flush maybe required and also hpw often the inhibitor would need changing. Thank you Ollie.

Just had a completely new heating system installed, boiler, radiators etc. Tower Heating Formby provided the best contractor experience I've ever had. From the start with the first visit to estimate, where suggestions were made and advice given, through to the tidying up at the end of the job, everything was perfect. The lead engineer Chaise and his colleague Olly were exemplary. Polite, quiet, hard working, reliable (and not a swear word to be heard, which is a first in my experience!). They ensured I was happy throughout and at every key stage. They clearly cared about doing a great job and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The work was finished on time and with no additional costs. Communication with the office was very professional too. Very highly recommended.

We had two radiators changed, an electric towel rail removed and a new kitchen tap. Everything has been easy and smooth, from the initial call to the office, Steve coming to quote (and later fit the tap) and Ollie and Harvey on the day - we have been very impressed overall. Finding and repairing a leak in the heating system

The leak only came to light a short time ago. We contacted Tower Heating straight away and they arranged for an engineer to assess the situation, then today Chaise came and spent time identifying where the leak was and skilfully repaired the problem. We were impressed with his knowledge as he explained what he was doing and, showed us evidence of the problem. Now we have a fully functioning heating system once again and are very grateful to Tower Heating and of course to Chaise. Excellent service.

Tower Heating replaced our gas boiler and all the radiators with associated pipes. They were efficient and professional, ensuring the minimum of disruption. They took care to do the work as cleanly as possible, boxing in the pipework between floors and bricking up the hole in the garage wall where the original flue had been removed.

Tower Heating originally fitted an entirely new central heating system for me. They were clean,tidy professional, efficient and friendly. My boiler broke down 6 months out of warranty. Heat exchanger damaged. Tower Heating attended and arranged for the part to be fitted by the supplier all free of charge. Typical of the service they provide!

Excellent and courteous service. After my initial phone call the engineer came the same day, fixed the boiler temporarily. He ordered new parts which arrived with two days and the whole job was completed in only four days, during which time I was not without hot water or heating - thankyou.
