I can’t fault any aspect of my dealings with Tower Heating from their initial inspection, quotation and then installation of my new Worcester Bosch CH Boiler. They confirm all appointments, turn up on time and fulfil all the promises that accompany their quotation…and more! Nigel and Olly were the engineers carrying out my work; they were courteous, considerate and immediately put protective floor covering in all areas they would be working in. They asked for answers to some straightforward questions and then got on with the job in hand. I didn’t have any other contact with them (other than providing refreshments) until their work was finished and they were ready to show me how the system worked. They had arrived at 08.30 and the whole thing was completed by mid-afternoon; they had cleared up completely and left the place immaculate. I can’t praise them and Tower Heating highly enough. It is no exaggeration to say that I can’t remember when I last had major work carried out so efficiently, speedily and pleasantly. I chose Tower Heating because they are Which? Trusted Traders and they certainly didn’t disappoint. I just wish there were more trades available under the scheme, which is invaluable.

Prior to having a new kitchen fitted we thought it wise to have a new boiler installed. We chose Tower Heating because of the sheer volume of excellent reviews and could not be happier. Every aspect of the experience has been faultless, from booking an initial appointment with Leanne to survey by Greg and the completed boiler installation by engineers, Nigel and Ben. Leanne and Clare (in the office) have been a pleasure to deal with, swiftly answering any queries. During survey Greg recommended a boiler which he considered to be more suitable for the household and did not try to upsell a larger model. Greg also followed through by visiting on the final day. Installation engineer Nigel kept me fully informed throughout and when two hidden issues arose I felt as though the engineers would resolve them and they did, causing minimal disruption to the other rooms where they needed to lift floorboards. Nigel and Ben worked extremely hard and I cannot praise them enough, they were extremely considerate at all times and most importantly inspired confidence ensuring a stress-free installation. Thank you both. We now have a new boiler with the unexpected bonus of much neater pipe-work, in anticipation of our new kitchen. Tower is a company you can trust and we know that we made the right choice. We will entrust them with all future work.

Our central heating fault was diagnosed within minutes of the engineer arriving. He was able to sort out the problem including replacing a part in little more than an hour. He was friendly, considerate, efficient and a very tidy worker. This is why we’ve used Tower Heating for the last twenty years or more - they are simply the best and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Nigel Littler and Harvey spent three days installing a new boiler. They were totally professional and very friendly and helpful during the installation work and completed the project on time and to a very high standard. Excellent job. Done on time and price quote very competitive, efficient and professional. No mess or drama. Engineers very skilled - including remedial plastering and external brickwork to remove old 70’s flue vent housing. Very tidy installation in an awkward corner of our kitchen. Two engineers (Dan and Tom) from Tower Heating did a great job fitting my boiler. They came on time, worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up after they went. They showed me how to use my boiler and made sure I was happy before they left. Tower Heating as a whole have been a straight forward and helpful company to deal with. I can recommend.

From start to finish this company we're professional ,Stuart came round to do a survey and gave us options and we arranged to have a new boiler fitted. The job was completed by Tom and Ben who were both professional, clean and tidy workers I hardly knew they were there. They solved radiator problems which have plagued our system for years. I can thoroughly recommend Tower Heating they employ good considerate, knowledgeable workers and I have to say have been a pleasure to deal with. Tower Heating came out to us on 22/12. (We were fed up waiting for British Gas.) They diagnosed to problem and returned at 8.15am in 28/12 - the first available opportunity - to repair our 17 year old boiler. Greg, the Director came out as agreed to quote for a new boiler on 24/1/23. We received a detailed quote on 27/1/23 and were offered a start date of 7/2/23, finishing on 8/2/23. The engineers Tom and Ben were punctual, courteous, efficient and professional. They worked hard and left the house as they found it. They explained what they had done and why. The new boiler was functional at the end of 7/2, and 8/2/23 was mainly a power flush to clean our system, which had not been cleaned for at least 10 years. I was instructed how to use Google Nest and Home. We were pleased to use Tower Heating as they were thoroughly courteous, efficient and professional at every stage of the process. We weren’t asked to pay a penny until the job was complete. We’re delighted with their work - it was a pleasure to deal with them. They deserve every success.

Tower Heating recently installed a new Bosch boiler and thermostat in our house. The service from the initial enquiry with Stuart and the team at the office was prompt and professional. Tom on the installation team was on time, very clean/tidy, polite and persevered to fix a piping issue from the original system that was causing an error. They try to send the same engineer so it was nice to see Lee again for our boiler service and minor hot water plumbing maintenance that we inherited with the house. Wanting to use a local firm, we chose Tower Heating on the basis of their excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. From the initial survey visit to the completion of the job - replacement of our elderly "conventional" boiler with a combi one - the service was brilliant. Steve and Tom worked really hard over the 3 days, with a very pleasant and professional manner. Any questions were answered immediately and after the job was completed they left everywhere they had worked very clean and tidy. When contacting the office staff on any issue the same level of service was apparent, making the whole process very straightforward.

Encountered water heating problem and called Tower heating - Keith and Ollie turned up within 90 mins and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently and left no mess. They explained what the problem was and the solution and job was completed with 45 mins.

We've used Tower Heating a few times now and always been pleased with the services they provided. The date of this years annual service had been altered twice by the company at short notice, due to unforseen circumstances, including an Engineer becoming ill. We were called and informed of the problems and the new dates were agreed. The inconvenience of the changing dates however was mitigated by the Company keeping us informed of the situation and not just "not turning up" on the day, which sadly many Tradepeople often do. Today the Engineer and an Apprentice arrived on time and as expected, they carried out a service of our Boiler and Fire. They sorted out a problem with a radiator not heating up fully, and also sorted the fire remote which was not working (new batteries in the fire was the problem). The Engineer gave us a full report on the boilers condition, he explained and highlighted potential issues and gave us options and likely costings for its replacement in the future. This information was very helpful as knowing this will allow us to plan and budget for this job to be carried out in due course. All work was done efficiently and cleanly and we would thoroughly recommend this Company to anyone looking for a quality Heating and Plumbing firm.

When my old gas boiler started playing up and becoming unreliable, I sought a quotation for its replacement from Tower Heating, a company I have relied on for many years. A thorough and professional quotation was received which satisfied my needs and I, therefore, accepted the same, having then agreed a start date. The work started at the appointed time, all working areas were suitably protected with dust sheets by the installers, who were courteous and respectful and carried out the installation professionally with a minimum of disruption. At the end of each day they left the working areas very clean and tidy. The recommended boiler is working well and I can relax in the knowledge of continuous heating and hot water. I have no hesitation in recommending Tower Heating, from my first phone call to them to finally paying the bill I have dealt with professional and friendly staff.

We decided to upgrade our heating system and after previous excellent service for minor repairs from Tower Heating asked them for a review and quote. Following a thorough assessment by Greg, our new system has now been installed and is running well. We were very impressed by the hard work of Steve and Tom who efficiently and very neatly replaced our aged boiler and heating system. Tower Heating are a local firm and we were mid-lockdown. I'd heard from others that their service was Covid- compliant. Their assessment of what we needed was done professionally and very safely. The work was done with minimum fuss and disruption, checked by the boss once completed, and has worked immaculately since its installation. Excellent.

We have used Tower Heating for many years for emergency plumbing and heating all outs. So they were the obvious choice to replace a very old boiler and gravity fed system. In our 60s house, the siting of the old boiler, gas and water supply made the work of designing and installing the boiler - including a flue through the flat garage roof - not straightforward. 2 old radiators were replaced and a new one fitted. A new hot water cylinder was installed and TRVs to all existing radiators. It all went very smoothly and much quicker than we had imagined with very little disruption to us. Cold and hot water were off for only a matter of hours. The work was carried out very quickly over 4 days. The pipe work, designed by Neil for the new boiler is a work of art! We could not fault the way Neil and the lads helping him carried out the work, sometimes in very tight physical situations in the house. Very efficient and seemed to be enjoying their work. We were not surprised by the high standard of the whole project, but were delighted!

Neil, the owner, arrived at the appointed time, checked, explained thoroughly all the details of the work involved with the repositioning of the new boiler. The comprehensive, professional estimate arrived when Neil said it would. I accepted the estimate, the staff in the office rang with the date of work to be carried out and kept me informed. The engineers, Chaise and Kieran, arrived on time on the date specified, were very polite, wore their protective face coverings, lay down dust sheets and immediately started the work. It was a three-day job, as expected. From start to finish the work was carried out totally professionally. Neil called in to ensure everything was going to plan. I now have a great new boiler, lovely heating and hot water with the confidence of great aftercare. So a huge thank you to all the staff at Tower Heating. We had our boiler and radiators replaced by Tower Heating. From providing a survey and quotation (Greg), to installation and testing (Chaise and Kieran) they were 1st class in all respects. The resulting new boiler and radiators are working highly effectively, the work was completed on time with little or no mess, with the finish to a very high standard at the price quoted. I had not used Tower Heating before but thought their web site looked very professional and they appeared to have a strong local commitment to delivering good service. I contacted the company as I had a problem with a working boiler but no hot water coming out of any of the bathroom or kitchen taps. Keith and Will arrived on time and quickly identified the problem. They had the necessary spare parts on their van and were able to effect a speedy repair. Keith advised that I may experience a short term problem with air locks in the system. He called at 8.45 the next morning to check that all was well and returned in his lunch hour to complete the job. He also identified and replaced a defective tap. Very professional and focussed approach with a strong customer service ethos- unlike the previous plumbers that I have used for service and repairs. Highly recommended based on this job.

Lee checked radiator thermostat, checked a thermostatic radiator, added inhibitor to loft tank, used his safety ladder, and tackled the job cheerfully and speedily, then enlightened me on the work carried out plus a verbal review of the performance of our system. The service given was punctual and efficient and caused us minimal disruption for what was a big job! Gordon and Tom Bonner were a pleasure to have in the house and did a thorough job of clearing up after themselves.

The two plumbers arrived ten minutes early and had completed the job very quickly and efficiently within the hour. They advised me as they were working of any problems, one being the tap had been siliconed on which they were able to resolve. Very happy with the service, price was as had been quoted. Had an out-the-blue late night failure of our hot water and central heating system in the depths of winter. Rang Tower heating at 8.45am the next day and had the call immediately answered, with them pulling out all the stops to have Greg come conduct a survey and estimate on his way home from his usual workload that evening. Within a day, the new boiler was sourced and at every stage Tower Heating were able to exceed their promises with them juggling their schedules to get our heating and hot water up and running as fast as possible. Gordon and Tom B kept us up-to-date with their arrival and plans, showed up exactly when promised and had our system working a day earlier than expected. They explained everything they were doing to the house, worked quietly and were diligent with COVID practices and also managed to troubleshoot and solve other issues we had with our water and heating, that they fixed with no extra charge, one of which brought us great relief to finally have a working stopcock in the house! Gordon and Kieran came the day after they got us up and running to perform some finishing touches and set up our smart system, and their work was spot on and handled in a manner that exuded pride in what they were doing. At all times we felt confident and secure that we had some professionals doing things right. A big thank you, your help was much appreciated!

Tower Heating installed and commissioned our new boiler, replacing a 25 year old model. At the initial inspection (free of charge) our existing system was reviewed we discussed our requirements for the new boiler. The first stage of the installation was carried out within 5 working days (after which we had hot water & central heating) and the final balancing and finishing off completed five days after that. The team were thoroughly professional throughout the process and we are delighted with the finished product which has been installed far more neatly than the old system.

Tower Heating replaced our old regular boiler with a new 40 kw Worcester Combi. 12 old radiators were replaced with new and 3 other new installed. Old boiler and pipework, cylinder, loft tanks removed, new pipework including long pipe through walls under boards etc from gas meter to new boiler. All new radiators except two were of a different size, and were fitted with new straight pipes up from under floorboards, no elbows, extensions etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent advice given during our initial meeting, and then the work was carried out as planned, on time and to a high standard. The price represented fair value for the job. I have been a Which member for some 40 years and I have no hesitation in recommending Tower Heating as a Trusted Trader. I have also left a review on Google.

We have just moved in to a 1930s house and a lot of work was required with respect to the heating. New radiators throughout the house along with a new boiler and repiping of the entire downstairs was required to get the house warm for winter. We are extremely grateful to Tower Heating for enabling this to happen and to such a high standard with excellent customer relation skills. The entire team was extremely punctual, professional, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. I myself know nothing about plumbing and so it was great to meet the Tower Heating team who were extremely patient in explaining the various options to me without trying to force a sale - I genuinely felt that they were keen to provide me with the best heating/plumbing solution for our particular needs and that they were responsive approachable whenever any questions came up. I would particularly like to mention Greg who coordinated our jobs as well as Callum, Gordon, Will and Tom who were on site fitting the boiler, radiators and pipes and were fantastic tradespeople.

I had my old water tank system converted to a new Worcester/Bosch system. The work was carried out on time and to agreed budget, with professionalism and efficiency by Callum, Chaise and Tom. Thoroughly impressed with professionalism throughout, from the quote right through to completion. Clear itemised quote, good explanation of work involved, no hard-sell, accurate estimation of time needed to complete (3.5 days as predicted). James and Chase were quiet as they worked, tidied up really well at the end of each day, and they were neat and careful as they moved pipes. They were respectful of Covid-19 rules. Very good booking process. Lee arrived dead on time, fully masked up and fully aware of social distancing. Our boiler is in the garage and he didn't come in the house which was welcome at these COVID times. Paid him with a cheque so I don't need to do anything else. The place was spotless after he had finished. I have used Tower heating last year after cancelling a well known gas service plan and very pleased with the way this has worked out. We had a new Bosch Worcester boiler and filter installed along with a new heated towel rail by Gordon. The work was completed by Gordon quickly and without fuss. It was clear to us that Gordon is a skilled and knwoledgable professional. We were consulted on the installation and Gordon observed the social distancing required when in the house. Gordon was very professional and respectful at all times. We would use Tower Heating again.

Following an appraisal of the job by Greg via Zoom, such are the times we live in, Gordon and Tom did an excellent job of replacing our old boiler. Gordon and Tom were both friendly and helpful and explained everything to us. They were both very efficient, the installation went smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves. Gordon and Tom were very professional great work as a team fitted two large radiators after extensive redecoration had been carried out and they were very careful not to mark the new decor in any way they were very personable and informed all the time what they were doing Gordon was very knowledgeable and I was confident they would do a good job which they did and tidied up well afterwards arrived on time I would highly recommend them and tower heating especially as I have a Worcester boiler.

A problem toilet (poor flush) & dripping tap were becoming major issues for my elderly parents. Efficient, helpful and patient in dealing with older customers who needed a little more time to understand what work was needed. All work subsequently fixed at a very reasonable cost. In today's world it is unusual to come across a company that operates on, sadly, old world values, of professional values, of high quality workmanship and courtesy. We have used Tower Heating on two separate occasions and found them each time to be exemplary in all aspects of work undertaken for us. Communication on what work has to be done and then resolving the issue completely. I have no hesitation to recommend Tower Heating to any prospective person who has an issue with central heating systems or general plumbing.

Been using British gas for 10 years but following a rip off tactic over excess payment have dumped them and gone to paying for a service and self insuring the boiler with regular savings. Keith did the job, phoned to say he was coming early, was this okay. Showed me all the work he had done and left the place spotless. From booking to payment a great service, would recommend Tower heating without a doubt. In fact my neighbour put me onto these guys and they were as good as he said. Thanks Keith, see you next year.

My new boiler installation was carried out by engineer James assisted by his apprentice Kieran. Both these gentlemen were a pleasure to have in my home. They were friendly, helpful and informative and did an excellent installation. I cannot recommend Tower Heating too highly. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and in my experience if you buy cheap, you pay twice.

Tower Heating did a great job replacing my 30 year old Baxi conventional boiler. George and Tom were both very polite and kept me well informed through the process. All the work carried out was done to professional standard and they left the house as they found it. I would highly recommend Tower Heating to anyone and will be using them again for any future work and servicing required on my central heating system.

Following a consultation and a formal quote, Tower Heating supplied and fitted a new boiler, completely re-piped the heating system (ground and first floor) and installed a full set of new radiators. The end result is a loft devoid of pipes, water tanks and hot water cylinder, replaced by a system housed on the ground floor system - brilliant ! Tower Heating were thoroughly professional in all aspects of the project and our installers James and Chase were diligent, conscientious and friendly and made sure we were comfortable while the work were progressing. The house has been transformed to a warm and cosy place with a modern and efficient central heating and hot water system which will undoubtedly reduce our energy costs over the long term, so a big thanks to the team at Tower Heating !

Just had George and Tom install a new Worcester Boiler for our house. They were both punctual, polite, courteous, quiet and tidy. After the installation was complete George explained everything about it and gave me all the information I needed and told me about the Guarantee and yearly maintenance etc. They were both very professional and I would recommend Tower Heating to anyone.

George & Tom arrived bright and early with big smiles on their faces. Work was quietly and efficiently carried out by both on the first day and then later by George on his own. Can't fault either of them. They were polite, considerate and pleasant and the house was left spotless. The new boiler is top notch. House is nice and warm and there is no end of hot water. There are few times when you have work undertaken at home, and you are 100% satisfied. We have used Tower Heating numerous times over nearly 30 years, and haven’t been disappointed yet. New pressurised hot water system recently installed, which was delivered on time with workman ship of the highest standard. One fitter and apprentice replaced our ageing boiler. They arrived on time and undertook the work with thorough professionalism. Their work was clean and neat and they were both pleasant and helpful. The job was completed within the estimated time. The Bosch Easy Control system did not have easy instructions for programming but our fitter went the extra mile (or two) to make sure that we (and he) thoroughly understood it. This was a completely satisfactory experience. Thoroughly recommended

Had my ageing boiler replaced with a much recommended Worcester Bosch about 2 weeks ago James turned up at exactly the time he said he would and was really friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do and answered all my questions . Gordon Davies and Tom Bonner fitted my new boiler and two radiators. They were very friendly and kept me informed of all ongoing work. I was expecting a lot of cleaning up afterwards but everything was left clean and tidy. I'm delighted with my new boiler and radiators. I'd been recommended Tower Heating by a friend and very pleased that I went with them.

Within an hour of our phone call, the boiler fault had been diagnosed and a temporary fix made giving us hot water and heating again. The permanent solution was completed a couple of days later, together with a couple of other improvements to keep us on the straight and narrow. Gordon told us exactly what he needed to do and took all the steps necessary to keep our carpets clean - a big issue for us! Great job and well done. The heating engineer allocated to the job worked diligently from start to finish, ably assisted by an enthusiastic senior apprentice. Throughout the six days of work I was kept fully informed about progress being made and consulted whenever a decision needed to be made, for example, the exact positions of additional radiators. I'm also a tradesman and was fully appreciative of skill and expertise on show, and the pride in the job - including treating our home with utmost respect. This was an extensive and challenging domestic project requiring very significant investment. I consider what we received to be good value for money and I'm glad we chose such a reputable company with a highly impressive track record.
