A very efficient and reasonably priced service of our old Worcester Bosch boiler, giving us confidence that it'll get us through the winter safe and warm! Kenny inspires confidence and communicates clearly about the work being undertake: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for all boiler and heating system work.

Kenny delt with leak coming from the ceiling and replacing a tap. He was able to find the source of the leak (which I could not) and fix it quickly. He also did a good job of replacing the tap. Kenny charges by the hour plus parts. That was a welcome change from plumbers that charge ridiculous prices for their work. Kenny is an affable person who explains what he is going to do clearly and concisely.

Fast, inexpensive, tidy, communicative and highly efficient are just some of the descriptions I'd use to describe Tr Plumbing and Heating's replacement of my radiators at my house in Glasgow. Owner Kenny Boag's initial survey clearly presented the options and costs, which were carried out precisely in less than a day by him and his colleague. He also advised me on other projects I had in mind, even though they were in the realm of joinery and, therefore, not going to benefit him financially. Excellent value for money, professional and friendly. Five stars all round.

Kenny came out this afternoon to replace a dripping tap. I had already bought an expensive Bristan tap from Screwfix but to our dismay, once unpacked, he found the spout had a sizeable dent in it. Kenny rose to the occasion though. He checked online to ensure Screwfix had more in stock then undid the fittings he had already fitted and took the lot back to Screwfix. He returned within half an hour and got on with the job. Despite the pressure and extra work he only charged our agreed call-out charge. Kenny is a good communicator and was pleasant and professional throughout -he’s a great find and I would definitely call him out again. In fact, I’ve asked him to quote for another job.

We use TR Plumbing for all our boiler needs. Can't rate Kenny and his team highly enough - top quality work at a good price. Don't go anywhere else.

On the basis of the Which? Trusted Trader recommendation, we called Kenny to perform a first service on a combi boiler installed in 2023. He responded with upfront pricing and was able to come out within a few days (this was a routine service and not urgent). He serviced the boiler and was able to diagnose and correct some problems we were having with boiler pressure, and explained clearly the cause and what we could do to minimize any future issues. Invoicing was quick and accurate. We were impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. He is also a very personable guy, which always helps! Would definitely recommend his services.

We have employed Kenny for many years to maintain and service boilers in a number of flats and his work has always been thorough, prompt and effective. We therefore had no hesitation in calling him in again to supply and fit a new boiler (to replace an old, failed unit) and provide a remote thermostat. This work was commenced and carried out on schedule and to the agreed quotation, with the new boiler up and running same day. Protection of the finishes was provided throughout and the room was left clean and tidy on completion. A good job well done and we’ll have no hesitation in continuing to commission TR Plumbing and Heating.

Professional and friendly experience from beginning to end. Boiler installed promptly and efficiently to a high standard, as per agreed schedule and budget. Both proprietor and his colleague were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout and took time after the install to make sure I understood the basics of the boiler and thermostat. Left my utility room tidier than it started! Highly recommended.

I contacted Kenny for assistance in fitting a new electric shower, as having contacted alternative plumbers, the soonest I could get someone in was a few weeks later. Kenny managed to squeeze us into his diary, and was with us only two days later to get the work done. Not only was the work completed quickly and to a high standard, but he was incredibly friendly and easy to work with on the day. I would definitely recommend for any plumbing work that may need completed, and will be back in touch with Kenny the next time I have plumbing work to be completed.

Having previously used Kenny to replace old boiler in another property I knew that he would carry out the work in a timely and professional manner. Requiring a new boiler and this being installed in a different room to the old boiler and removing the old boiler and pipe work. Kenny completed this work to an extremely high standard and his quote was very competitive and reasonable. If I had to go to anyone with boiler related issues I will definitely go back to Kenny in the future.

Kenny managed to fit my small job into his busy schedule. A pipe at a garden tap had burst over winter and he not only repaired it but did it in a creative way that should, hopefully, mean no re-occurrence. I had previously contacted two other plumbers, both of whom had not even bothered to respond. With Kenny, it seems that, genuinely, no job is too small. I would certainly recommend him.

Explained what he was doing at each stage and did a great job of sorting brickwork where previous flue had been fitted. Demonstrated operation of controls clearly and did a thorough clean up. TR Plumbing replaced by boiler recently. They came when they said they would and the cost was exactly what they quoted. They were extremely pleasant to deal with, and left everything neat and tidy. Their follow-up has also been very good. They have also fitted a boiler for my daughter and again they did an excellent job. I totally recommend them.

Kenny was available at short notice to fix a radiator leak. He is very professional and efficient, and was also patient with my many questions!

Left without heating or hot water after a Scottish Gas HomeCare boiler service I decided that my very elderly boiler needed to be replaced. Kenny came to the rescue promptly, gave advice about a replacement boiler, and the work was done efficiently last week. I'm very pleased with the new boiler and with my dealings with Kenny who was unfailingly pleasant and helpful. I'll certainly use him again.

Kenny replaced a boiler for my daughter who has just left home. I was very impressed with the efforts he went to, to get the work done as quickly as possible for her. He was very polite and helpful to my daughter at her flat, and was also considerate enough to continue communicating with me promptly and clearly throughout the job. Everything is running smoothly again and I recommend him highly.

Kenny decommissioned and removed existing boiler and relocated and fitted new boiler. The work was completed to an excellent standard and ahead of schedule. Kenny and his team installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for us. He was upfront about some of the challenges (a particularly long flue required) and kept us updated on progress from initial call out to date for doing the work. The work itself was carried out with minimum fuss, and the team (led by Kenny on-site) were all really friendly and helpful. A couple of follow-up visits from Kenny himself to fit final parts were carried out quickly, and his on-site presence was reassuring throughout. Would recommend and use again.

It was boiler service time again and Kenny had done an excellent job last year (posted7/11/19) after we were disappointed by another local company. I got in touch again this year and made another appointment. I did not have long to wait and as before the job was completed professionally and to a very high standard with full explanations of process involved - all for a very fair price.
