Trade Windows (Derby) Limited

Excellent job for replacement bedroom window. The initial survey to window replacement were both first class. The fitters were pleasant, professional and took a pride in their work. Would recommend.

I engaged Trade Windows to replace the roofline woodwork and guttering, plus the rotted wooden windows and front and rear doors on my early 1990's property. The teams used were very professional and the work was completed within schedule with minimal disruption. The tiled bathroom windowsill was damaged during old window removal but was replaced with a new windowsill before I even knew what had happened! The work was completed 5 months ago and there have been no quality issues at all to report. Even the subcontracted scaffolders used were top notch, which was good as the scaffolding had to intrude on the neighbour's property. All in all a good job well done, would certainly recommend.

I’m so pleased with my rosewood composite door and side panel. The team at Trade Windows were professional, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Their showroom was excellent and made choosing the right style simple. There was no high-pressured sales approach, which I really appreciated. This company is to be highly recommended.

After the cold snap in November, my conservatory door which the company had built several years before was almost impossible to engage before locking. In the morning I called the office saying I know it was probably out of guarantee but whether somebody could come and have a look at it for me. Immediately, the woman I spoke to arranged for someone from their outlet to come later the same day. Paul arrived, inspected the situation and corrected it immediately explaining what he was doing so that perhaps if I needed assistance with the same problem then I may be able to do it myself but he reassured me that any issue like this I should call. It is so fulfilling to have such a quick response and dealing with the people in the office and of course, Paul, who were so approachable and understanding and with immediate responses: thank you.

Really pleased with our new front door from Trade Windows! The team were friendly, professional, and did a great job fitting it. The door looks amazing and has made a huge difference to the look of our home. Would definitely recommend Trade Windows to anyone — excellent service and quality!

We used Trade Windows to supply a new front door, and from the moment we walked into the showroom until the door was fitted, we experienced a wonderful service. The 2 guys who fitted the door were very polite, professional and left no mess whatsoever. We have no hesitation in recommending Trade Windows

We had our tiles on the front of our property replaced with new fascia boards, and our neighbour had the same job done. The three fitters, Mel, Jake, and Joe, were very polite, friendly, clean, and tidy, and the work was carried out to a very high standard. They were a highly skilled professional team, and we would definitely have them back.
