Steve came,advised me what needed doing,quoted,gave me a timescale,I had already seen his work elsewhere,so knew I was going to get a great job done,Steve arranged scaffolding,lead works,etc,turned up dead on time,with the supplies to complete the job,the job was completed on time, I am very grateful and pleased with the work that Steve and his crew carried out,on completion,all the rubbish and old tiles were removed from site, and everything was swept up and left clean and tidy, the works completed were,new ridge and hip tiles,clean moss from front rear and side of house,completely remove and replace lead flashing etc around chimney. At no point did Steve request any upfront payment.

Having noticed a leak in my roof I was keen to engage a local roofer with a track record of satisfied customers. Steve was responsive and came to assess the work required. We discussed possible options and decided that removing a redundant chimney would resolve the problem and avoid future issues. Always approachable and available Steve is a total professional. He obviously knows his trade and his customer service is second to none. When you experience problems with a roof it can be a worry. To have someone like Steve who knows his craft, is respectful, friendly and able to instill confidence from the off is hugely appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team based on the job he's carried out for me.

Steve and his team, along with the scaffolders, did an amazing job replacing our whole roof. It was clear from the start that Steve knew what he was doing, and he responded to our queries. The workmanship was really good. The project was delayed a bit due to the rain, but his team worked really hard to get the job done. The final invoice came in just under the quote, which was good to hear! The team cleaned up after their work as well. I would recommend his work to anyone who is considering them as a roofer.

Steve and is crew are true professionals in their craft. My Semi-detached with a porch extension was was stripped and re-roofed in 4 days. Each day on completion of work the ground area left clean and tidy. I am extremely pleased with the end result and have no hesitation in highly recommending Traditional Roofing & Restoration.

I cannot fault the exceptional quality of the work that Steve and his team produced. We had the whole roof re-tiled of both our main house and a detached garage. They protected the house at all times - even if it rained mid-job! The team was very pleasant throughout and thoroughly cleaned up every day after they had finished work. The overall quality of the finish is excellent, and our neighbours have all commented on how good the roof now looks. Indeed, some of them have now asked Steve to quote for their homes as well. I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly excellent!

They were prepared to investigate and establish how to install a composite tile they had never used before and co-ordinated with the manufacturer to establish the correct detailing and made a great job of our garden room roof.
