We have no hesitation in giving Transform Your Kitchen 5 stars. Customer communication was excellent at every stage of the process. From initial visit to survey, to fitting, to removing of old kitchen waste, the whole team did everything as and when promised. A replacement for one component with a small flaw was immediately ordered and fitted within a very reasonable time. Every member of the team worked with cheerful and friendly efficiency. A pleasure to have in the house.

We have been Very Impressed with Transform Your Kitchen Ltd, Jim came to see the kitchen work we required, gave us very good advice and quoted us for the job. There was never any pressure at any time to accept the quote or upsell The quote was very competitive and we accepted. Jim stated the agreed price was what we would pay and no more. He was true to his word. Two weeks later Gav came to do the survey and draw a plan up for the required and requested work. He set a date for the work to be commenced. On that day the van arrived and dropped off the materials and white goods, Dean the fitter arrived 10 minutes later and the work commenced. Dean was very efficient he was obviously very well qualified and talked us through every stage of the job. Three days later the job was completed to a very high standard, we are completely satisfied. The quality of the materials was every bit as good as Jim had originally said they would be. I would highly recommend Transform your kitchen to everybody .

We wanted a kitchen makeover and reached out to 3 companies. When Jim the MD of Transform Your Kitchen arrived he quickly assessed our need, recommended door and worksurface colours and provided a quote there and then. Once we had decided to go with Transform Your Kitchen, Dan arrived soon after to measure up and went into the finer detail of the fitting with us. 6 weeks later Dan came on day 1 to start the fitting and then Connor came for days 2 to 4. It is testament to the quality of the measuring up by Dan that all the cupboard doors fitted so well and all the detail of end pieces and edges were taken into account. Both Dan and Connor worked extremely hard and their attention to detail and high standard of fitting was second to none. We have no hesitation in recommending Transform Your Kitchen.

My Kitchen was looking very tired so I called 'Transform Your Kitchen'. It only took one month from Jim(MD) coming to give a reasonable quote, to Dan coming to measure up and Dean (fitter) transforming my kitchen in 4 days. Dean was very polite, hard working and took a lot of pride in what he was doing. Each evening he left the kitchen and patio clean and tidy. The old doors and worktops were put outside the house and were collected the day after. The transformation to my kitchen is amazing, I can't stop looking at it. The company works to a very high standard and I have no hesitations in recommending 'Transform Your Kitchen' to anyone.

Highly recommend Transform your kitchen, really professional from start to finish. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!! The transformation to my kitchen is brilliant, all staff were friendly and professional. Connah was brilliant, he never stopped and his work is outstanding.

Professional from quote to measuring to fitting. A start was given as two weeks which was a nice surprise. The replacement units were very good quality. The kitchen fitter Connah was meticulous and a perfectionist in his approach to his work. If there was a choice to be made he asked my opinion. When he had completed the work he cleaned up before leaving. I cannot compliment him enough. He made arrangements for all the old units to be collected. In two days I have a new kitchen which I am highly delighted with. This company work to a very high professional standard and have I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The work involved replacing existing doors/panels and constructing/fitting a large new unit to house a new fridge/freezer. From the initial contact, through the surveyor's visit and (especially) the fitting, everything went smoothly. Attention to detail was a major factor in our positive experience. We have absolutely no problem recommending this company.

Seamless hassle from start to finish, from Jim looking at the kitchen to then having the plans drawn up. Date given for kitchen to be transformed .on the day doors, taps etc delivered and stored safely nicely covered. Conner then arrived what a professional and hard working fitter, he did a fantastic job ,no problems with needing to go into the kitchen, No mess we didn’t have to do anything. Following day all old unit doors removed as promised. Job well done. .

From the first moment of contact by Jim the process was seamless. The sales was not at all pushy. Advice on the goods and process was offered and a price discussed and agreed. Dan came and surveyed and measured etc, and told us a date when we could have the job done. It took three consecutive days. On the day of process beginning all goods were delivered and stored to cause us no inconvenience, Dan came and got on with the job without causing any fuss. He was the ultimate in professionalism. Each evening he left the kitchen in a clean and tidy manner. When he completed the job it was impossible to see work had been done. Only a very few cupboards need to be emptied so minimal work to be done by us on completion, or prior to work commencing. The kitchen tops were so clean. Dan stayed until 21.20 on the final day to finish the task. What dedication. The next morning by 8 am all rubbish etc was removed! I cannot tell you how thrilled my wife and I are with this company, I would noy hesitate to use them again.

The sales advisor was very helpful and not at all pushy. He offered advice on colours and surfaces and materials. When we committed he explained everything that would happen and when. From there on everything followed exactly as promised. The workmen were skilful and polite and left everything clean and tidy. Disruption was minimal, during the three-day conversion we were able to use all the appliances in the kitchen with the exception only of the gas hob. We are delighted with the outcome and would recommend this company to anybody considering a makeover to their kitchen.

I am delighted with the quality of the kitchen. From the first contact with Jim to the surveyor Dan who went out of their way to create excellent storage and work space. Can highly recommend Dan as it was a complicated procedure fitting all kitchen appliances. Workmanship cleanliness and all rubbish removed. Jim (MD), Dan (Surveyor), Dean (the fitter) and Jamie (transport) all played their part from beginning to end. Our kitchen units have been expertly transformed thanks to their professional service. All done according to plan and within budget. Couldn't wish for better.

Jim was very prompt in answering our initial enquiry and provided an install date that suited our needs. Dan the installer was very professional with great attention to detail and did an excellent job replacing all our kitchen worktops with a quartz effect all in one day. The result has brightened the whole room and made the whole kitchen look virtually brand new again. We thoroughly recommend this company and the workmanship of Dan.

Transform your kitchen a Company that you can trust. A new looking Kitchen at half the price of total replacement, a truly magnificent piece of workmanship. The team work together so well and the fitter was truly excellent in his workmanship skill and tidynes an example that takes some beating. Specified times were kept,completed on time and at the agreed cost You will never feel better when a job is completed to your satisfaction. We had a Quotation for replacement doors, Worktops, Sink and Drainer New Oven, complete with with New Extractor Fan and Under unit lighting all of this for a price that was agreed and kept. Contacted TransfomYourKitchen Ltd when wanted a revamp of our 14 year old kitchen. From first to last we're very friendly and professional in their approach. Advice given when preparing the quote was helpful. Surveyor came on agreed date and time and produced a working drawing ready for the fitter. He gave us a date for installation and a 3 day estimate to undertake the work. Fitter duly arrived on agreed date at specified time. All work done to a high standard and no problem undertaking a few minor variations. All waste material kept for recycling and removed promptly after completion of the work. 50% deposit requested prior to work being undertaken but final payment not requested until satisfied with the completed work. More than happy to recommend this company if you are considering a kitchen makeover.

Wanted to change our worktops spoke with Jim who came tour our house giving good advise regards the tops we wanted. We soon made a decision & the on-site survey was soon arranged & completed. A fitting date was scheduled & on the day the tops were delivered by the driver, then shortly after our fitter Connor attended along with the Gas Safe man required to cap off the hob. Our fitter worked really well & kept any mess to an absolute minimum. The new worktops have really transformed the kitchen. We are really pleased with the result. A really nice customer experience dealing with this company who dealt with everything from initial phone call, fitting to disposal of old worktops.

Jamie was very friendly and worked hard. He was very neat and tidy, cleaning up any packaging etc quickly when he fitted my elderly parents' built in wardrobes. He turned up when he said he would and let them know if he was going to be later. Very prompt and friendly service. My parents were very pleased with the whole service from start to finish. Would recommend.

Friendly but professional, helpful advice with areas that required resolution. Prompt, kept appointments, from initial consultation, survey, and fitting. Understood what we wanted, even to small details, and provided it. Very well fitted, clean and tidy.

My Wife and I were looking to revamp our 16 year old dreary kitchen and spent a great many hours looking for a reliable company, (too many bad traders about) We like to use companies local and recommended by friends. We made appointments with a couple of companies. One didn't bother to reply. Transform your kitchen did and we were looked after by Jenny who offered good help and advice with no pressure. A very pleasant lady indeed, Because of her demeanour we cancelled the next appointment there and then and decided to place our order with Transform. Requirements were discussed, prices agreed and arrangements made for the surveyor to measure up. This all done and fitting date agreed. Dan the fitter was excellent, clean work area and very precise. Any little alterations he found that would help us he pointed out. Jim the owner made a personal visit to us to explain things. Job was done with fantastic results and we have no problem recommending this company.

We where first visited by the design consultant who discussed our choices in relation to the works needed and the price agreed. Having agreed the design within a few days the surveyor arrived to measure up for the changes. At this point we were given a fixing date. The work we were having done was on the cupboard doors and the fridge and dishwasher units. On the date agreed for fixing the fitter arrived on time and started work on arrival. The work was scheduled for two days and the fitter kept good time. He was clean tidy and easy to talk to. Excellent fitter. From the first visit to the last all the people involved were extremely helpful and courteous. All in all the work was done in the agreed time and on budget. We had follow up call from the office to enquire if the work was done to our satisfaction and offering after care if needed. Great job and can recommend them based on our experience.

Work was done when planned and took the expected time. The fitter was hard working, polite and incredibly helpful. The result is a complete change to my 19 year old kitchen at a reasonable cost and with minimal disruption. A couple of minor issues were dealt with promptly and without diapute. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.
