First off; let me say how brilliant the service was. From the initial enquiry I made to Trent Stairlifts to delivery at my Fathers. I hadn't a clue about stairlifts and this was something very much needed as my Dad wanted to stay in the family home where we grew up as kids. However age had finally caught up with him and the steep incline was now a uphill struggle (excuse the pun). I spoke with Daniel. He asked multiple questions and asked about the problems we faced. I made it clear the stairs were steeper than usual and although I had several quotes. Trent stairlifts were the first to offer a site survey. All queries were answered and they even showcased previous installs which gave me confidence in their abilities to install what my father needed. Furthermore they simplified the operating instructions for us and even when we lost them and called with firther enquiries, they proved the after service was also just as excellent. Can't thank you enough for all teams efforts. Trent stairlifts is highly recommended. Fantastic service all around.

Daniel came around to fit a stair lift for my dad. Daniel is so professional and had a very caring approach. Daniel's communication through out the work was impeccable and helped me understand the process from start to finish. Daniel's work was amazing, so neat and tidy and his prices were the best from all the quotes I have previously had.

I can’t recommend Trent Stairlifts enough, they are exemplary in every way - from the first phone call with Amy, who talked me through all of our options, to Dan who came the very next day to measure up and quote, and finally the fitters who came and installed a fabulous stairlift within 48 hours of the initial phone call because we were in such a mess. I can’t thank them enough for helping us with such compassion and professionalism. On this occasion, my dad had been discharged unsafely from hospital and had no way of accessing the upstairs, a bed, or the bathroom/toilet. We were desperate for help as both mum and dad were sleeping downstairs in chairs. I phoned Trent stairlifts as I saw they had excellent reviews on Trustpilot and Google, and I didn’t have time to shop around, which I usually would. This was the best decision I made, as everyone at the company was amazing, helpful and speedy, and made us a priority as they could see what a state we were in. The stairlift has been a godsend, and now the whole house is accessible to him once again, which has made the world of difference to both mum and dad’s mental and physical wellbeing.
